I like the place perfect for couples and family occasions. I was amazed because I was just getting the deluxe room and then they said they don't have any available and they upgraded our room into executive sweet for free!!! Good deal Marina Bay! Thank you! worth the stay! The staff is very friendly and nice. I ask for a match after 5 mins they delivered it. I like the place because it's just adjacent to the Mall and to the food court which has a cheaper food price. The infinity pool is amazing friendly staff. There is one time I forgot my wallet in the room and we were hungry at the infinity pool we ordered our food and they just charge my room no. and when we check out they just automatically deduct it to our deposit. Perfect place for a proposal facing the garden bay and the flower dome. Thank you, Marina Bay Sands, for the great experience! I will surely visit again. I want to go back to our next anniversary celebration.

Great Place for a Staycation!”
MBS is a really great place to stay for a staycation. The room is clean, spacious and have all the required amenities. The Infinity Pool was amazing, and breathtaking. The only issue we encountered during our stay is the rude staff (and provided us wrong information about the booking system for the Infinity Pool) that was monitoring the entrance to the Infinity Pool on our first day. But the hotel staff made it up with an extended check out timing. Shout out to Devi, the staff that help us with the check-in. Amazing service from her. 10/10 would recommend it here.

The experience is just so amazing. Stayed at MBS to celebrate husband's birthday and we never regret it at all. Absolutely clean room. Beautiful neat comfortable. Nothing can go wrong. Room came with a very romantic balcony facing the gardens by the bay such a beautiful view in the evening and in the morning. Reception is well organise having the queue number so its not overcrowding. And everyone is just so friendly. Love it and definitely coming back!

I loved staying here. the highlight was swimming in the infinity pool. The food court was great (although more expensive than hawker centers), but very convenient. It's pricy, but iconic. the shops are all high end and i didn't try breakfasts there. but very close to Gardens by the Bay and handy the MRT is there too. Would recommend for at least part of your stay in Singapore (which is what we did). 3 of us had to get get an extra rollaway bed for my 14 year old son. This was extra money. Had dinner at Ce la Vie.. i think we paid for the view. the food was okay but $$$. the view was spectacular however. Overall, an extremely beautiful and iconic hotel that I would recommend. it's pricey but worth it.

AMAZING!!!”
It was an overall amazing experience! From the second you step out, the concierge takes your bags, and by the time you get to your room, your bags are there already. The room was spectacular, fridge was stocked, with water, sodas, wine and champagne. The view from our 50th floor balcony onto the gardens, was breathtaking, and the view from the 57th floor infinity pool onto the city/bay was incredible. We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday at Ce La Vi restaurant, the food, service and views were spectacular and with the bill it included entrance to see a DJ at Ce La Vi Club Lounge. We were extremely exited to stay at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, the experience definitely exceeded and surpassed our expectations.

Fabulous stay in MBS ”
Due to COVID-19, my partner and I could not travel overseas to celebrate our first anniversary. After much thoughts, we decided to plan a staycation over at MBS. This was our very first stay in MBS and we had an amazingly fabulous time, all thanks to the great hospitality provided by MBS. Knowing we were celebrating our first anniversary, MBS was so sweet to prepare us a cake. We were very surprised and felt so thankful. We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to the front desk staff, Mary Jane, for assisting us in our check-in. Her attitude was really good. Fantastic stay with awesome views”
Stayed for anniversary and birthday. Staff arranged wonderful anniversary and birthday celebrations to make it very memorable! Views from infinity pool were amazing and watching the super tree light show from our hotel room balcony was also a delightful treat. Had another family member stay in room opposite ours and she had city view with a king bed and couch and it was a slightly bigger room. Recommending the city view room over the super tree room if you want more space. The couch opened up into a queen sized bed as well. Overall, would recommend this hotel even though it’s on the pricey side.

Excellent Customer Service”
From the beginning all the way till the end - they treated us very well. It was my birthday so my friends left a cake at reception, they kindly located the package and sent it over my room. They helped us book restaurants as well! For the pool - you must book a 1 hour slot during the day. It was a busy weekend so there were no more slots available in the booking website. They kindly found us a slot at 11pm - just nice for a midnight swim. It was actually a better option, nice view of the night lights. The rooms weren't anything special, but the view and the service is stellar!

Easily accessible from the MRT, everything you want and need are here - save for a bidet in the toilet. Facilities, staff, food are all high quality. Queue for check in is usually long due to the volume of people checking in but refreshments are offered for those who are still waiting and checking out is a breeze. Even if you're not staying in the hotel, be sure to pass by and check out the interiors because most probably you will have a scheduled trip to this area when you're In SINGAPORE - Gardens by the Bay, the Shoppes and the Casino - all located in the immediate vicinity of Marina Bay Sands. I've checked in a couple of times and I've visited dozens of times and every time, it's still worth it.

Lives up to all the hype”
Pros: Large room with great views. The infinity pool was worth every penny. Staff was very helpful, polite, and accommodating to all requests. They brought me a birthday cake since I had my birthday at the hotel. Great place to stay to see the city: Gardens by the Bay was a few minutes walk away, so we’re the two light shows. There was a mall nearby and MRT stop at the mall if you wanted to take public transportation. They had little towel animals everyday at the room. Great bathroom with a wonderful shower. We arrived early but they let us check into our room early.

Booked this Gem for a family vacation, upon check-in, we were greeted by their staff and was shown great hospitality! The rooms were so clean, ammenities were beyond great and the whole experinece was way pass my expectations! MBS does not disappoint - even with the pandemic, the booking system for the facilities is fuss free. We had free flow snacks and the staff topped up the complimentary mineral water bottles very generously after cleaning our room. Staff are polite - from the valet all the way to the cleaning staff and it was definitely an excellent experience at MBS! Definitely worth the money too.

Amazing Honeymoon Stay”
No doubt, the price per night is quite costly for an average Singaporean like myself. But it was our honeymoon night and even though we could not travel for our honeymoon, we are really glad we chose to stay at MBS. We had such an amazing time at MBS. From the moment we stepped out of the car, until the moment that we checked out - the service was extremely top notch from the staff at MBS. Shoutout to Firdaus from the Sky Park and his team, as well as Pauline from the receptions team, for the highly commendable service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

More than worth of what I paid”
Upon arrival we are greeted with the Concierge staff which took care of our luggage upon check in. Check in and check out was smooth, they grant us an early check in since the room is ready that time. The pool is exclusive for guest and has an amazing view of Singapore, the water is a little bit cold since the pool’s location is on the rooftop and the wind is cold. The hotel has a lot of shops and a Casino too. The hotel’s spa was the best. Never felt this relaxed after having a massage at the spa. Thumbs up to all of the staff for the warm hospitality.

Pros: infinity pool access, gym access and observation deck access FREE! absolutely clean and direct access to shoppes and mrt line. Got a bigger room because it was our honeymoon. Cons: you have to pay for the mini bar, you only get 3 bottles of water complimentary throughout your stay, extremely expensive hotel for food and stay. Overall I would recommend MBS for the views and pool but nothing else.

The front desk was kind enough to give me a beautiful view. I wasn't feeling well, and I did not have a chance to look around, so I called the front desk for a late check out. The front desk manager called me back and gave me a 2pm check out. Not only that, but they were very concerned about me being sick. They offered me to see a doctor and they were very kind in sending hot water, honey, lemons and more water. I truly appreciate their extra effort. I finally went to their Infinity Pool, it was an awesome experience and the view was spectacular. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Wow. What an absolutely fantastic hotel to stay in even for one night. It is so huge we spent an hour and a half searching for a restaurant and still didnt find it!!! Found it the next day after going on another search and hadnt even come across the area that it was in the day before!!! The rooms were spacious and the cleanliness was first class as was our housemaid who could not do enough for us. We had a very large balcony which unfortunately we didnt have much time to use as wanted to see as much of Singapore as we could during our short stay. The infinity pool on the 57th floor is amazing and worth spending a few hours at which we did. there are so many restaurants to visit in the hotel that you are spoilt for choice but there is something for everyone at different prices. If you are into shopping there must be a shop from every designer you can think or, and more!! Take the credit card or a heavy wallet. Would certainly return on another visit to Singapore, but for longer

The Best Staycation Ever in Singapore”
You could expect the finest services from this well-known hotel. It could be due to off-peak, my wife and I had a complimentary upgrade to premium room at level 38 with the stunning view of Garden By The Bay & ocean. The room came with Nespresso machine with 4 signature capsules. We had also ordered In-room dining for dinner (Marinara Spaghetti & Fish and Chips) & breakfast (Baker's Basket), the foods were absolutely great. Overall it was the best experience so far for our staycation!

Staycation with younger kids”
The room is very spacious and it's located at Tower 2, Club King City View. The kids luv it. Only during this period you need to pre-book the swimming pool. We are so lucky there is a slot available at the very last minute. You need to keep on trying to see the web-link. Upon check in, we also received the complimentary box of cholate and the drinks in the fridge & snacks in the cabinets are free too. The bathub is huge. Only they the toilet do not have any bidet. They should have one. Thanks.
