Really nice hotel let down by restaurant opening times”
This is a really nice hotel but let down by the opening times of the restaurants none of which open till 12 pm. With breakfast finishing at 1030 am. If they opened Nelson’s at 11 am for food it would be good. We were really hungry and could not get anything to eat apart from cakes in the lobby. Really disappointed ☹️ with this.

i need to reschedule the dates to 29-30th March, I have been in touch with agoda, and the property from the 4th of march and still there is no positive revert. I have mentioned that the host has asked for reshdule because of the carona virus hysteria and dubai has been closed for 2 weeks. make sure the reschedule happens. donot come back saying the booking is non reschedulable.

I been this hotel few times all service was very nice except for the NELSON’S BAR , the big security at the front speaks very bad and maybe he see i am the woman that why he not allowed me to get in. That is not good and if we have friends are stay this hotel why his friend can’t get in this bar with out the one who stay..
