This hotel is superb! Great location - close to center point (about 10 mins drive) and less traffic. Great room and ambiance with modern designs. Good food although would prefer to have wider range of selection for breakfast. As guest, you will also get a complimentary pass to the skydeck (44th floor) where you'll get the chance to view Melaka in 360'! The hotel sits above Element Mall with MBO Cinemas and others, but bear in mind that there's no much shop in the mall just yet. it shares same parking space with Double Tree & the mall hence do expect full parking at lower floors. All in all, WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK! Thanks!

Novotel Melaka is situated in a very central location of Melaka Raya. Surrounding the hotels are many shophouses from convenience store, to restaurants and massages. However this also contributes to the high volume of traffic in the area. Parking is provided free of charge to hotel room guest. Encountered a slight problem with my check in but was resolved then. However do take note that there are a lot of tour buses here and that might slow down your check in. Hotel rooms are of a decent size and comfortable. Ample storage space for your belongings is available, and also power points which comes with a USB charger which is a plus point. TV channels are enough but very blur due to signal degradation. Beds are firm enough to my liking, and pillows are great too. The toilet and shower is good and very comfortable. There is a transparent glass panel at the showers, good if you are a couple, but if you are a family or business traveller there is a motor worked blind to cover the glass which is good. Buffet breakfast spread is good, but should be refilled more quickly. Restaurant staffs are clearly overworked and understaffed and needs more training. Asked for warm water but was given an ice cold one instead. All in all a good and comfortable stay

This is my second time and along with my husband we really enjoyed our room, with a beautiful view and excellent bed and pillows. Everything perfectly clean and new and modern. And the variety if breakfast is dekightful, specially in Melaka where other hotels don't offer u a variety and where u are forced to limit your choices. The area of the reception desk is very chic and elegant and the personnel are very nice and courteous and sunny! The cleanliness of the bathroom is perfect and the shower is very nice with lots of hot water! Then again the area is very nice, being situated in Melaka Raya street, where there are a great variety of local or international restaurants. All in all, it is definitely worth the money and I shall return again and again. This time with my children.

1. Value for money wise- it did not come with free breakfast, option to dine in not much. So, 3 stars. 2. Location is at the edge of Melaka Raya, need car to go to central Melaka Raya like jonker, pahlawan if compare to other hotels. But view is good. 3. Cleanliness is good, because it is new. But the toilet stink, probably due to ventilation system. Need to improve. So 4 stars because is super new. 4. Staffs super friendly. 5. Facilities, nice swimm pool, a lot of parking, gym is nice. But the element mall below the hotel seems not fully operate yet, nothing much to shop.

Staff was pleasant, courteous and friendly Lobby: Open, clean, organised and inviting Room: Large, clean, tastefully-furnished. Good firm mattress and pillows, stylish dressing table. With coffee/tea-making facilities. Toilet with standing shower, bathroom amenities provided; newspaper, slippers provided Security: CCTV along the corridors, room door beeps if not closed properly Restaurant: Coffee-house on 1st floor is quite basic, buffet breakfast was not available during our stay, instead we were offered choice of local (nasi lemak) and American (eggs and ham) set breakfast. Very basic.

This hotel is located near the Mahkota Melaka Hospital. I accompany my parents to the hospital everyday by walking around 200 - 300 m. A decent distance to use a wheelchair as well. The room isn't so big, but it is enough. It has no windows, but it is clean and no strange odor lingering. I didn't expect my room to be cleaned everyday. However, each time i left the room in the morning, by the time i return in the afternoon, my room has been cleaned thoroughly, they also gave us some new towels and mineral water everyday. I was surprised by the service. The owner stays in the hotel, so we can connect with them immediately if there's any problem. Definitely will come back here to stay ^^

The hotel was superp beautiful and scenery of Bandar Melaka when nighttime is amazing (city view room). Overall the room is clean and tidy, air conditioner working at it best dont feel hot when daytime and the best thing is the room was large event you book the most economical type, to many maybe its quite expensive but thing about your peace of mind its is worth it. Gym and swimming pool superp clean maybe because the hotel was brand new. Hotel staff was friendly, i requested iron and iron board thru hotel intercom and they sent it right away without delay. Toilet is clean and equip with hot water. Most recommended if you looking an hotel with old school design and touch.

I got a cheaper rate booking from agoda instead of direct booking with the hotel. The hotel is located near to Pulau Melaka seaside area. Parking is free on site and public parking is also avaiable aplenty. Hotel is situated away from traffic noise as it is off the main road so you can get a quiet evening sleep. You can walk to have mamak food just five shoplots away but for restaurant food, you will need transport. Bus service do not pass by the hotel but you can get cab from reception. Pahlawan shopping and mahkota parade is about 2.5 km away.

A hotel between shophouses at Melaka Raya 1. I was given two rooms on the second and third floor. Please note that there is no elevator in the hotel. My godma stayed on the second floor with window facing the main road. The room is quite okay for the price I am paying for a last minute booking. The bedsheets and pillow case are clean. The aircon is cold and limited TV channels for viewing. She did not eat their breakfast as she is not keen to have Muslim food in the morning.

We stayed there for 1 night. As the hotel is near the city centre, we only need to walk for about 10 minutes to the town. All the historical buildings, museums, as well as the shopping mall are within walking distance. The room is in clean and good condition. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Most of the necessities are there, the hot shower, towels, toiletries are provided. Overall, we are satisfied with Hotel Ninety Six Melaka Raya.

Upon arrival, we were told that our unit was upgraded to "The Fleece House" (ground floor unit with 3 bedrooms) which is nearby Cozy Stay Melaka Apt. Owner, Victor was very friendly. Cozy house with private parking lot allocated to the unit. Location of the apartment was good with restaurants & convenience stores nearby. WIFI was very good and was available in all rooms.

no complaints- the special deal price and clean rooms really made it pleasant for me and my kids. the bathroom was nice and big enough for more than two people at the same time. extra mattress was brought in to make the family room stayable for 5 pax at the same time. tv didnt have a remote if i remember clearly and no regular toiletries except a shower soap dispenser next to the sink and shower area which came loose each time we depressed it to use the dispenser. shower strength was good and 'shiok' (very relaxing) - water pressure was good and there was a hot kettle in the room for hot water too. water can be found on 1 st floor right at the end of the corridor so no worries about drinking water. it would have been nice touch if there were coffee packets or tea sachets for our enjoyment when we want it. overall, nice stay - i would stay there again for the same special deal. staff over email and upon checkin were pleasant and nice - no complaints there either. there is a cafe next door which we didnt check out cos we were too busy going to other great melaka food like at amy's restaurant in melaka raya area as well.

The apartment is located at the second floor of a shop lot area. It's very clean and comfortable to live in so I would recommend those travelling in groups or families to stay there. The area is ar driving distance from attractions so you definitely must have a car to stay here. There is parking right in the area but no complimentary ones and you must make sure you display the parking tickets correctly as the police in Melaka make regular daily rounds. Definitely recommendable.

My trip started with the search of the hotel. There is no signboard to direct us to the exact location. Apparently this 'holiday house' is located within Globallon Hotel itself; which is actually located 7th floor and above an old abandoned shopping mall. Even the guard is not aware that G&S Holiday House is within the hotel itself. We have to drive all the way up to the 7th floor and i find it very inconvenient. The rooms are old. We are only given a card key. No extra keys are given, which is inconvenient. At the 7th floor, i noticed that there is a swimming pool. Lots of happy children are enjoying their family outings there. I find everything is slightly below average. But i can't complain much because it is cheap.

the apartment is strategically located at the city proper of melaka. everything we need is just a walk away. just right across the street is 711. then u walk further on the left side you will see a lot of restos and food chains. walk further on the right side you will find the malls. Victor, the host was very helpful and informative. when we checked in, he thoroughly explained everything and suggested places to go as well. he patiently answered our questions and gave me a number if we need taxi. his place is one of the best homestays i've stayed so far. it doesn't smell like old sheets (like some if the homestays ive stayed before) , everything is sooooo neat. i highly recommend staying at saffron stay melaka.

This apartment is on 23rd Level facing pure seaview overlooking Pulau Besar and Portuguese Settlement on the right. Nice place to relax. Element Mall shops are not that much and no food options there. Locations wise is a little far from major attractions but Grab does a good job to bring around with good fares. Try to avoid Taxis as they are rippers. Sky Deck observation at Hatten City for MYR15.00 was awesomeness overloaded with 360° view. Binoculars are free of avail but need to deposit MYR100.00 refundable prior to returning. I will definitely return to this apartment and thanks to the host.

Arrived at property expecting a reception for checking in but did not see any only security officers asking for booked tower & unit number. Had to call number listed in Agoda booking form & was told to call another number to get keys to unit from the mailbox room in lobby. Did the same for checkout as no response to my query on check-out process, left everything back in the mailbox & left.
