From the time I met with the staff at the airport for the transfer, they were all extremely friendly and helpful, offering to take my luggage off my hands even though I was happy to do it on my own. The resort is extremely spacious, clean, well maintained, and beautiful - lush greenery and trees fill many of the spaces, as too water features. The room was also extremely spacious with all the creature comforts one could ask for. Additionally, I had a gorgeous balcony to lounge around in the evenings. While I did not use any of the facilities (pool, spa, gym etc.), I noted these were well furnished and ready to serve one's needs at the highest level. Meals at the beach club and breakfasts were always a sumptious affair, and I never left any of these places feeling hungry. 10/10 experience. If I ever return to Da Nang, Melia is where i'm going to put up at again!

My family and I had a comfortable stay in Melia Danang. Hospitality was superb, from the receptionist to the kids club staff and buggy driver. The shower heads were faulty but got rectified very quickly by staff, and they followed up to ensure everything was okay. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good, in terms of selection and taste. Facilities were a bit lacking though, the kids club could offer more activities, gym can be improved. Surroundings could be better lit at night as some areas are rather dark. Overall, recommended stay here for a relaxing getaway.

We have a really wonderful experiece here. We have booked the LEVEL room and I think we are treated as a VIP during our stay. With unlimited drinks and cakes at the reception area and afternoon tea, we are totally full before our dinner. Staff are really nice as well. They always care about us and offer help to take care of our daughter as well so that we can have a quiet breakfast. The room is clean and comfy. The hotel environment is nice. Everything is good!!

Breakfast and afternoon tea (for Level guests) were superb with a wide range of food. Room was clean and spacious, with a really comfortable bed. Private beach was also in a pristine condition. My other half was not well on the second day. Ms Nhi (who happened to be at breakfast restaurant on 31 Jan) very kindly served some breakfast and ginger tea directly to our room. We were really grateful. After that, another Ms Nhi (Kayla?) was gathering feedback from guests at the lounge. She immediately offered to help us in moving to another room, after learning that we were staying next to a family with young kids. The above were only two examples. The staff members across the board were exceptionally helpful in ensuring that we have had an enjoyable and restful stay. Would highly recommend the Level rooms and staying at Melia.
