Always a good experience ”
I've stayed at the Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort at least a dozen times in the past couple years and have always had a consistent and excellent experience. The pool and water park is super fun for kids up to about 13 and for those older the adult pool is quiet and chill. Breakfast buffet is a madhouse but tasty. The restaurant is pretty good. The location on beach road puts you in a position to get everywhere in Pattaya by a quick ride on a 10 baht songtaew truck. Not far is a Starbucks, dozens of restaurants, 3 convenience stores, pharmacies, gift shops. Yeah, everything. This end of beach road is more quiet thatn the walking street end too, which is good for sleeping. Overall love it.

Very Happy With My Stay”
Made a last minute reservation for NYE. Price was reasonable for the holiday. Had an excellent stay with a very clean room and very attentive staff. Attended the NYE Celebration in house and enjoyed it. From the show put on, the hotel obviously caters to families but I never once felt unwelcome without kids. Great place and I'll look for a room there next time I'm in Pattaya.

Wonderful stay at Mercure Pattaya”
I was with my whole family 9 of us together. The location was perfect as it was just a minute away from the pattaya beach. The staff at the reception was very attractive and smart with a smile on her face made us feel warm welcome,we requested her to give us a top floor and she gave us the room on top floor with all family in the same floor,the porter handled our number of luggage smoothly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff cleaned it everyday. We also enjoyed our wonderful breakfast. I would recommend or will stay whenever i go back to pattaya. Thanks Mercure Pattaya for a wonderful 2 nights stay. 👌

Ann Xumsai 3:15 PM (4 minutes ago) to me Probably one of the best locations in Pattaya. If you're looking to stay around Pattaya's busy areas surrounded by restaurants...bars...2 of the well-known malls and other services...though not a beachfront but it's only 3 minutes walk from the hotel...everything is just a few minutes walk away...this is definitely the place to stay. We booked 3 superior rooms for our 2 nights stay. Perfect size with balcony. Good buffet breakfast...not a wide selection...but good enough. Kids' pool has a long and short slides...and a deep dive of around 3 meters for kids to enjoy their water jumping. Checking in and out was fast. People at the lobby are very helpful. Would really recommend the stay.

Pros: 1) Good location easily accessible to Terminal 21 by walking and food street. 2) well maintained pool for young children & adults 3) good breakfast with reasonable price Cons: 1) the carpet in the room is very dirty should not put a carpet 2) bathroom basin is stuck 3) cleanliness should be improve for housekeeping Other than that I give 5 stars

Best pool in Pattaya”
Very comfortable bed. Room very clean. Breakfast was very good. The staff friendly. My children and I had so much fun in the pool. You can jump into deep water or slide in the waterslide and the baby pool is beautiful with another slide for baby. There is a second pool on the fifth floor if you want to swim or just relax.

Simple and comfortable stay ”
Stayed for 3 nights, 2nd visit here at this hotel. Very good for families with young children, good location - near to the beach and Terminal 21 just 5 minutes walk away. Central Festival Pattaya is also 5 minutes away by taking the local transport 'song taew'.

Super fast internet and a clean room with very comfortable bed. The view from the ocean deluxe room is good but it's set back a few hundred meters so isn't like a 270 degree view or anything. Good proximity to nearby 7-11, restaurants, and beachfront road. No problems about having some guests in my room as well. Thanks!

I was very nervous while I was arrived the hotel because the booking was not confirm through Mercure pattaya so, I got the best advice from front reception is name Pueng (คุณผึ้ง), she was very great helpful staff and help to advices us what to do and booked with very convenient support. I would recommend to stay here if you want to get the best service.
