Hostel with good sharing experience with roommates”

i have been stay in a 8- ppl room at 3 floor. the lift is quite old and for only three passengers in a time. wait for a bit long time. the staff are helpful and nice. they also sold the ticket of public transport. convenience to the traveller. the room is good, just some noise come out fm the movement of sleeper in the upper deck of the bed. but it's common and can't be avoid. wifi is free in the common area but the signal is weak in the room. overall is a valuable hostel in berlin. and only €3.5 for 5 days breakfast, gd deal~

Great experience”

The hostel is very clean and we got what we paid for. There's an elevator since the check-in desk is on the 3r floor. The staff was very kind and laid back. The only downside was that they were working in the room next to us and there was a school with young teenagers staying in the hostel which resulted in some noise overdose. We could have easily switched rooms but we were only staying 2 nights so. The location though is really amazing! There's a famous kebab shop and currywurst place right next to the hostel. The metro station is 20 meters from the front door. I think it's located near an asian neighborhood because there were a lot of asian restaurants. We love asian food so this was a huge unexpected bonus for us!

Great affordable Hostel”

We had a great stay at this hostel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We expected it to be noisy but despite a lot of youngsters staying on our last night it was quiet. The rooms were clean and tidy.The transport links to Berlin centre are very good and it is possible to walk there quite quickly too.If you stay there you must go to Mustafas Kebab hut outside the hostel door.Always a queue but worth the wait for a cheap kebab beautifully cooked

Decent hostel with great breakfast buffet”

The location is very close to the subway, just a few second walk; very easy to find because there is always a queue after 10.30 for the mustafa's food stall (I never tried it because I'm not that patient). The hostel is decent, clean (but seriously, some people just don't know how to flush the toilet and I just can't blame the hostel for this). I stayed there for 4 nights and the wifi was down and I think it only got fixed on the day I checked out. But they do have 3 computers to use so it wasn't too bad. In my room, I could only find one power plug (and again, some people were so rude to unplug my stuff to charge their phone even though I only plugged it in before I went to bed which was after 12). The hostel definitely need to install more power plugs in the room. I had to sit in the common room to charge my devices. The breakfast buffet was really good. The food and drink was topped up constantly which was awesome. This made up for all the cons. Overall, it was a very good stay and the staff were nice and friendly. I would recommend this place.

It is definitely not a hotel, but for a hostel surprisingly good for travel with family. Pros: good location, nice staff, not much street-noise, clean. Cons: doors closing very noisily so much noise from corridor. Be aware that you only get small towel (but even this is nice for a hostel). Beds was not too comfy, bit OK

Very good”

The location is top notch. Close to the train station. A lot of cheap eats around and very lively area prefect for those who love exploring the city life of Berlin. Staff was extremely friendly, they took time to share travel tips. Overall, its a great place to meet friends and explore this city in a budget.

Good value for money”

The room was tiny but clean. People are friendly and happy to be of assistance. there could be bigger towels and something to put on the bathroom floor, also, shower gel would be nicer instead of soap. :)

PLUG electrique in room”

Great location and central to all ”

Location location location. Great place to see all attractions plus smack bang in front of Mustafa’s world famous kebabs. Bathroom was dingy and dirty during all my stay. Curtains don’t cover half the window in your room ( 10 bunk bed room 305 ).

I had a problem with the WiFi that's nonfunctional”

when I stayed in the room I couldn't use the free WiFi. I told the receptionist but they told me that it's nonfunctional and they did nothing.

Poor accomodation for backpackers only”

Far worse than any other chain hostel in Berlin I've been to. Below acceptable quality/praice ratio.

Metrolpol Hostel Berlin”

Internet access nil, even though ID & password provided. They replied that on the 4th floor where we stayed, sometimes has internet problem (just my luck)! Just outside the hostel, there are several 'fast food' stall. Seems very popular because always long queue.

No fu ni fa ”

Lo peor de esta reserva no fue el alojamiento en si. Fue la mala gestión de agoda. Habíamos reservado una doble con baño y al llegar al alojamiento la reserva la habían enviado mal y nos reservaron una compartida de 10 camas con baño compartido. Nos dejaron tiradas en Berlín sin darnos opciones válidas y al final tuvimos que aceptar la habitación compartida. En cuanto al alojamiento la ubicación está bastante bien Justo al lado del metro y el desayuno buffet está muy bien. Por lo demás bastante regular. El personal no es muy simpático que se diga y el sitio está un poco dejado. En una habitación de 10 personas solo hay dos enchufes, el baño compartido estaba súper lejos de la habitación, de las 3 duchas una no tenía manguera y si no te duchabas muy temprano era imposible regular el agua; o muy caliento o muy fría. Los desagües no tiraban y el baño estaba siempre inundado y no había ni un poco jabón para las manos.

Hotel practico en zona con bares y restaurantes y ”

Hastal sencillo pero limpio. Mercen la pena las habitaciones dobles con baño privado de la primera planta. Son tranquilas auqnue no llega el wifi de la tercera planta. La calefacción funciona bien, los nórdicos son abrigados y con fundas limpias. Agua caliente sin problemas. Metro en la puerta y el mejor puesto de kebaps. Puesto de salchichas muy concurrido a cualquier hora del día o de la noche.

Zentrale Lage, freundlicher Service”

Die Lage ist optimal, sehr gute Verbindungen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, das Frühstück gut und ausreichend, das Personal durchweg freundlich. Ein Minuspunkt ist der Aufzug, der oftmals erst nach langer Zeit zur Verfügung steht, also nichts für fußkranke, die nicht in den 4. Stock laufen können. Alles in Allem durchaus empfehlenswert und vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis okay.
