“Hotel with a personal touch for guest's need!”
Its located in centre of Namba & 1 step of Dotonburi - it's very good if you like staying within the crowds. You can buy anything surround your hotel but it's very quite inside. Namba station just walking nor Nipponbashi. You can go everywhere from here. The very good deal with this hotel they provide very very generous good breakfast with many selection. There are 2 other plus things; they provide snacks & drinks in the lobby including pancake, soft drink even wine & sake free flow for free! The other they provide sophisticated laundromat for washing, drying & pressing. All for free! We never stay in hotel when you go home your dress already clean & smells good! Very recommended hotel!!!!

“Exceptional”
I had an incredible experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The room was immaculate—modern, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked amenities. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality and comfort.

“This is a great hotel with really good breakfast!!!”
Our family stayed at Namba Oriental Hotel for 4 nights for our trip to Osaka. The location is really good, just a short (3-5 minutes) walk from Namba Station. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. What our family really enjoyed was the breakfast buffet at the hotel. The egg benedict with smoked salmon (from the live cooking station) was excellent!!! The breakfast was healthy too, with salad and fruits and healthy vegetable drinks. My daughter loved the soft-serve ice-cream. If we go to Osaka again, we will stay at this hotel.

“One of the best places to stay in Namba!”
1. LOCATION. It is around 5mins away from both Namba station and Nipponbashi station. It is right across Dotonbori Street plus there are many restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping districts (Shinsaibashi, Denden Land, Kuromon Market) around. VERY VERY very excellent location. It is in the heart of Namba. 2. FACILITIES. There is a vendo machine and a money changer machine in the lobby which was really helpful. It can exchange up to 12 currencies including dollars. There is also an ice machine in the 6th floor. It was summer when we went so we used this. Wifi was also reliable and fast. 3. RECEPTION. The staff at the reception were polite and nice. They can speak some English but they use a device which translates Japanese to English just in case. They even helped us try to locate the tote bag we left at the Nankai train. In addition, they were really responsive to emails when I had questions prior to check in. They immediately sent an email right after I booked here in Agoda. Although we booked a smoking room (it was the only ones available) I requested for a non-smoking room and they were able to meet my request. 4. CLEANLINESS. The rooms and restroom were clean and fresh. They even provided pajamas so we almost never used the ones we brought because their pajamas were comfy. 5. ROOM. The triple room had adequate space and amenities. We had 3 single beds and a sofa bed. There was a refrigerator and 2 hair dryers. There were instant coffee and matcha teas provided along with 4 sets of mug and glass. The shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap smelled nice and fresh. There was a tub and a shower. Nice! Aircon and humidifier was there so temperature was okay. We stayed for five nights and overall our stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who plan to go around Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. Thank you, Namba Oriental Hotel! We enjoyed our stay.

“Recommended hotel in Osaka”
Overall it's an ideal hotel if you are travelling for convenience in terms of transportation transfer, food, shopping and night life. Staffs can add up a bit more smile especially the seniors. At odd time like wee early in the morning, I suppose there are some junior staff on duty (probably student partimers), they are good in hospitality which make us feel welcome. Renovation is only on Certain part of the hotel i.e. room. The toilet looks clean and new. Other furnitures and bed are not new but clean. The carpet is very old, not clean and the air conditioner or I would say the ventilation of the room is bad for a 4 stars hotel. We stayed in this hotel in early March, the weather in Osaka is still cold but the hotel room is HOT even after we have turned on the air filter and conditioner. Please consider to change and abide to the rules of the laundry facilities. Stated that clothings will be removed from the machine if not collected when its timed for collection. But even we approach the staff, no action being taken. The clothes are in the same machine even until the next day. This resulted many other people not able to use your laundry facility. Hope the hotel management will improve to make this hotel a better ones. Thank you.
