Location was difficult”
This hotel was not where we thought it was due to it being an identical name to one at Ao Nang and thats the one we thought we had booked. This is an issue that needs to be fixed! They should be specifying B2 AO Nang Or B2 Krabi Town. (which is where it is nearer to but still need a taxi to get there) However we have good things to say about this hotel. The staff Jack in particular was friendly and professional and went to great lengths to make up for the problem we had with the location. He doesn't have it easy and was a lovely man. We understand it is a budget hotel but disappointed there was no restaurant and breakfast was a soggy wrap and one coffee.. However we had trips booked so it worked well for us as we took the warm wraps with us. The room was great and the cleaning staff exceptional. We did have extra costs and everywhere we needed to go had to be done by Grab as although Grab is cheap it still involved getting one to go absolutely anywhere. So location is a big problem. This cost outweighs the budget price of the hotel. So nice staff and clean modern room but otherwise I would steer clear due to poor location.
