It was my first time stay here, i requested a honeymoon surprise preparation to my wife through Agoda message, and they really did it. and my wife are surprised to look at the preparation. Basically they put some leaves and roses buds on bed, and thank you for the sweet and delicious macarons, chocolate cakes. Stay - spacious room and sea view, really feel comfortable and good sleeping. Food - a variety of breakfast buffet selection. Walking to the seaside and watch sunset, its a must. Oh, i had a fun time with my baby daughter at the swimming pool with a cute water slide. Overall, definitely a great time enjoy my stay. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service ”
An excellent hotel - the best we've stayed in in Sabah. We were most impressed by the outstanding customer service and attention to detail and cleanliness during the RMCO. Staff disinfected chairs and tables carefully and provided envelopes to store face masks in the dining room. Staff knew what they were doing and preempted situations. We loved the refillable eco water bottles in the room. Facilities are excellent. Indian food was outstanding. The best thing was the bargain price at this time!

We have a wonderful moment and really nice places to stay and holiday with family. With upgraded room to Ocean wing, my family really enjoy the room and views. Room very clean, spacy (with huge bath tub) and ready with extra beds. Superb sevice and option by reception. Staff also very friendly and very helpful. Thanks to Mr Sopry for the kindness and guidance. Swimming pool really good with slide. My kids really like it. Nice food, views and environment. We will visit here again in future.

Our experience during our 2 nights (13/5-15/5) in Rasa Ria was wonderful and was a very precious moment. From checking in until our last day everything went very well couldn't agree anymore everything was so perfect! We requested for early check in and no problem on that,we got our room I think was upgraded to seaview since we are celebrating our anniversary after the pandemic and we got a cake too. bed was decorated with anniversary wording wishes. On our 2nd night we made a dinner reservation at Tepi Laut, to our surprise staff was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't remember who is the staff who made our dinner reservation because she said she remembered our room no with my name, that staff was superb and friendly. On our 2nd day I went to The Spa, my masseuse that time was Ms. Dora,such a wonderful staff,she really made my body relaxed! The bellman Mr. Fris was very thoughtful and informative, the service staff at Coffee Terrace also very helpful , front desk too are very helpful and delighting.we couldn't remember all the staff who have assisted us during our time there because their service brought joy n happiness during our stay! Keep it up Rasa Ria Resort,we will definitely coming back!

Best Experience ”
Went here with my friends for staycation and it was an amazing experience. Room are spacious, beach are so pretty and clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the resort is absolutely beautiful. Will definitely come again!

Pleasant Stay”
It was a spacious room with some toys and stationeries for kids. We went for nature walk in Rasa Ria Reserve. Recommended walk as you will get to see the breathtaking view of Mount Kinabalu and South China Sea. The only thing that need to improve is the controlling of crowd for the buffet breakfast. We were rejected to dine in at the Coffee Terrace and could hardly get an empty table at Tepi Laut.

Exceptional location, awesome friendly staff ”
This is the second time we visited in less than 6 months. We celebrated our mom’s birthday this round and Rasa Ria did not fail to deliver. We love the beach and the activities offered. The food at Tepi Laut has impressed us yet again. This is definitely the place we will visit again in the near future.

Though we got our room much later then expected (we had to wait 4 hours for the room to be ready), the staffs were nice enough to make sure we were compensated (free lunch the next day and offered a late check-out). The staffs were accommodating and hospitable.

Improvement of the Hotel Management”
A Malay woman stood right next to me and said she had been waiting for the room key for 3 hours. When it was my turn, I was also told to wait until the room key was ready and I got the key at 5:20pm. They should get a better handle on these problems so that guests do not have to wait so long for the key. We check in around 2pm and get the key around 5pm. 3 hours, who is going to compensate for this time? We can rest for 2 hours in the hotel before going to the water park, etc. It was very tiring, especially for me travelling with a child. We travelled 4 hours from our hometown to here before we reached the hotel. In the end we had to wait another 3 hours for the room key! Unbelievable!

Romantic Restful Rasaria”
My room was garden wing, and I visited with my family. I thought 1 hour long from city is far away. But at the moment I first saw my room's view my family happily moaned because of the nature view. Our journey to Rasa Ria was too long and tired. Because of corona virus, even we were not sick we had to afraid and kept nervous from our home to Kota. But Rasa Ria showed us warm heart service. Especially Korean Guest Coordinator 서은주(Elva) understood our situation and we were not good at English so She helped us a lot. In our short vacation, we really appreciated about her service and friendship. Rasa Ria's clean and safe environment was also great then I expected. We had to check our fever when we come back to resort and eat breakfast. It made us feel relieved. We could relax during staying in Rasa Ria. I hope nature, Fire Flies keep alive and safe. The waves were so powerful while we were staying, we could not use other sea activities. Thank you for your sevice, I and my family mad

Checked in to Rasa Ria over the weekend (just me and wife) after staying in KK town attending conference. Our second Shangri-La after one in Penang, and never failed to impress us. Next trip this coming September with the kids!
