Good location ”

The location of the hotel were near to all tourist spot particular to the Berlin wall. Our room has a good amenities , very comfy and spacious. They have a lot of breakfast selection and keep refilling.The staff were very friendly and accomodating.We love to go back at this hotel if we visit Berlin again.

Nice hotel in great location”

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in December to go to the Christmas Markets around the xi. The hotel was in an excellent location for everything we had to do. Yu can actually see the remains of The Berlin Wall from the hotel. It is also only five to ten minutes away from Checkpoint Charlie and the museum there. The hotel staff were excellent and provided us with all the information we needed. If we go to Berlin again I would certainly stay in this hotel again.

Excellent”

The hotel is located about 5 mins walk from the Postdamer Platz, and also near to some of the sights, for e.g. Berlin Wall Memorial, Checkpoint Charlie, Memorial to the Murdered Jews. There is a supermarket nearby.

Very comfortable hotel”

This is a nice modern designed hotel in Berlin. The decoration is like a boutique room. This serving staffs are nice and friendly. Facility in the room are adequate and I particular enjoy the Wifi in the room with good speed. The hotel is nicely located and easy accessible, but the surrounding is quite. I would stay again next time if I visit again.

Excellent service ”

Close to S-Bahn station and allow you to travel around Berlin City. Very convenience and comfortable room with affordable price.

Sweet Hotel”

The location of the hotel is ideal, at least for the price! The Strassenbahn is within a few hundred meters and the train station in Portsdamer Platz is just 10 to 15 minutes by walk. Friendly staff, efficient handling of request for booking a taxi early in the morning and quick, positive response to call for additional pillows were notable. The toilet was very small and reminded us of airplane toilets. The airconditioning in the room was not quite adequate for the hot summer days (and nights) when we were there; the room was like a sauna in the night!

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”

this hotel is really nice. it has a/c room, free wifi access in every room, a large bathroom and a little kitchen. though this hotel is pretty far from the train station, there are bus stops just across the street, which is pretty convenient. also, the hotel is close to most of the sightseeing places in the city.

good enough for sightseeing”

Novotel was closed the plaza. There is a S line in front of the hotel which was very convinent to everywhere. Room was large with one king-sized bed and a one single bed. The bathing room and toilet were seperated, so there was no bother if two people living in room.

Great Location”

Opposite the hotel is a wonderful cafe where you can get an excellent breakfast at a great price. The cafe also serves other yummy meals. Normally the hotel is good value for money, but prices for all hotels rocket on special occasions like New Year, so you should book well in advance.

Very big room . Free wifi. Clean and new bathroom. Separated toilet and shower/bath. Mini bar table. Large dining table. Malfunctioning fridge. Microwave. Overall very good experience.

Good location, spacious room, good staff but just needs improvement for the Kitchen”

Overall very good experience. Very spacious room. Good location. The Air Conditioner was out of order for one day. The staff quickly fix it the next day. The fridge is not cold enough. You can't use it to store food, only drinks. There is only microwave and electric kettle but no cutlery. Also, the counter top and the sink area has worn out and needs to upgrade.

Near checkpoint charlie and jewish museum. Bus stop right in front the hotel. Toilet and bath is 10-12 steps apart ( strange set up)

No three separate beds room”

Although written down 3 people 3 beds in booking remark, was arranged one double bed plus one single sofa bed room. Final solution was to just add an extra mattress on the floor of the room. Staff try to claim that we should write down 3 person 3 "separate" beds, but it is the first time we suffer from such misunderstanding while other hotels we booked before was able to provide us 3 separate beds with same remark. Out of this, others is acceptable

Good hotel and spacious room”

Our hotel room is very spacious, We just wished that the TV have english channel. Bur overall stay is quiet and good.

Our stay was pleasant. If afforded a home base from which we travelled to our next study business tour.

Noisy school kids in the hallway”

Popular with school trip but the kids still talking in the hallway until 1 AM.

The house keeping was the wirest thing in this hotel, we was 3 persons in the room ”

each day we should ask for 3 towels,furthermore, they didn’t put cups nor tee nor coffee to use the cattle even if we ask to do it they said ok and they didn’t add anything, i should go to the reception everyday to bring cup

Good location”

Close to S (MRT) and some see sightings points. The room is big enough for 3 person. Some of the room may feel noise as face to Casino. So far it is acceptable. Wi-Fi is the worst, cannot connect and I need to use my android phone to re-routing the signal. And placed my phone to door area for receiving signal. TV signal always disconnected. BTW, 4- star is my result.
