BEST VALUE FOR MONEY”
Mughal staffs are all very nice, they attended to our requests and went beyond in fact. The whole place is clean and sanitized, hand sanitizers are available in the common areas, and the reception area is well-protected but still easy to make transactions. The rooms are spacious and clean, all the essentials were given. Shady, the hotel manager, is very approachable and made sure we're well taken care of during our entire stay. We booked a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom unit but Shady upgraded us and gave us a 3-bedroom unit so the entire family is together all throughout. It was a lovely weekend indeed! Highly recommended.

Best Place To Relax In Ras Al Kaimah”
Mughal Suites! remember this name as this is best hotel in Ras AL Kaimah ! Prices are excellent, We stayed as a couple for a weekend and honestly we were so happy we found this place. I will start from check at the lobby gave us our room keys, its fast, help of very nice, friendly and professional Miss Elsie you rock. We felt special from the beginning to the end. The safe parking if your drove to the facility makes you feel like you home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OG love they pillows. Bathroom with shower very clean, that toothbrush, was about to rush to supermarket to grab one. We cant go without mentioning Mr. Ghulam the F& B Incharge, you are superman. You do the best for your guests, i know it not easy to certify the curiosity of your geusts but you are the Man on this job. Thanks a lot Everyone See you soon.

Very pleasant stay”
Overall our stay was very pleasant. Even though we had to wait a little while for a a room, the team at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. The only small issue we had was with the walls and floors in our room being soaking wet which I’m guessing is due to housekeeping’s sanitising efforts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and well equipped and the pool area is nice. It’s a very nice hotel and would be excellent with just a few minor improvements.

We had a studio and that was very well equipped with a huge kitchen and lots of appliances for cooking. The pool was very nice too especially in the evening. It is a bit outside of town but there are a few car rentals nearby.

A good stay, rough first day.”
Overall we had a good stay. Spacious rooms, strong wifi connection, kitchenette & kitchenware is complete (just bring food to cook) We just had two problems: 1. The receptionist gave the wrong room number. As a result, when my husband and I opened the room, to our surprised, we saw that it was occupied. (Yes, we were able to access the room with the key card that was given) - This is a safety issue as well. We hurried back to the reception, and she corrected the room number. 2. We had Wifi problems, I called the reception to fix the problem twice, but nothing happened. We called for the third time and this time a different receptionist answered. After a few minutes, a person from IT/Engineering came to our room and fixed the problem. Please note that the receptionist who gave us the wrong number and the one who was not able to assist us on our Wifi problem was the same person, I don't know, maybe she's new. If so, she needs to be trained.

Good Choice for a Quick Getaway, away from all the noise.”
Mughal Suites is nicely located on the beachfront of Ras Al Khaimah.. the public beach is just a walk away. Rooms are spacious and clean.. Kitchen is furnished with the necessary equipments and crockery. The swimming pool is heated, has a jacuzzi and a kid's pool. Common sitting areas are very elegant and gives you a nice feeling around it. Underground parking is available. Very Good choice for a stay away from the city noise and to have some quiet time. Even a gettogether with friends is ideal. I loved the spa. Staffs are very friendly. I would recommend this place for a long stay as well.
