"Our aim for a hotel in Paris for my partner’s birthday was to be one that is memorable, unusual, beautifully adorned, rococo (Frenchy?) and not too expensive. the inclusion of balcony with a marvellous view of Sacré-Cœur, a Jacuzzi bath and close proximity of Moulin Rouge made the whole experience one of our very favourites! The area is one to 'experience Paris by night', only a short, rewarding stroll up to Montmartre. This was one of our favourite places of Paris, Place du Tertre, a small square of restaurants with a gathering of artists and fun life-loving musicians. Eating/drinking here you won't be disappointed. Great to then walk back down the hill to the hotel at the end of the night. All the staff were very helpful and polite, Pierluigi (hope I have spelt the name right!) was so lovely and could not do enough to accommodate. Suggesting fantastic restaurants right down to helping us with our flight check-in tickets! This is the place to go, we will love to return here soon!"

"We spent our Christmas at Intercontinental Paris Le Grande and had a fantastic stay. This is a beautiful, grand hotel, we were given a nice large room with a great view of the Opera across the road. This hotel has excellent staff, and fantastic attention to detail – my girlfriend mentioned that we were visiting Paris as an early birthday celebration. We returned from a day out exploring to find a large cake and bottle of champagne with a birthday card waiting for us in the room – little touches like this really helped make the hotel stand out. The hotel is very conveniently located – the Opera train station is just metres away, with numerous cafes within walking distance. Also within a very short walk is the Galleries Lafayette. To and from the airport, there is a Roissy bus stop located across the road just outside the Opera which saves a lot of effort. We had a great Christmas here and would definitely recommend the Intercontinental to anyone "

"This hotel is in the Montmartre area which is great especially if you are a first time visitor to Paris and you'd like to cross Montmartre and Sacre-Couer on your list of places to visit. The room-- We booked an eco double room and please note that this room will be a bit cramped. No AC unit either. We were there in the summer during the heatwave and boy was it stifling. But luckily, the hotel had a fan to lend us. Though small, it was very clean. There's a sink in the room. Showers and toilets were shared. If I'm not mistaken, the toilet is shared for two floors. They can arrange airport transfers for 18 euros per pax, which is a really good price considering how Uber expensive can get. All in all, we were very pleased with the hotel and would recommend it."

"I picked this hotel due to it's location and the quirky music theme, location is perfect and within an easy walk of all top attractions, shopping and Euro star terminal. The hotel's theme is music as it is so close to the Opera (the most beautiful of buildings by-the-way) and many theaters, it was fun to spot all the music references. Hotel was also spotless, newly furnished with all the facilities we would need for our short stay. Staff also very kind and helpful, even took time to help us with our terrible French pronunciation (one of the reason for going to France). I would defiantly recommend the hotel but would suggest going out for breakfast as the one on offer at the Triangle d'Or was somewhat limited. "

"I was nervous before coming here because the reviews were mixed. Some particular horror reviews freaked me out, but my experience was good! Overall, the staff were nice and helpful. I stayed with two friends and we got a triple room on the first floor. It was clean and the windows were big and when opened really gave a Parisian atmosphere. Some drawbacks include: having to leave your key at the front every time, being locked out at night and knocking on the door for the staff to open the door, and not having a locked room for baggage. Walking around the neighborhood, other three star hotels had bigger and nicer lobbies, so I'm wondering if this three star rating is accurate. Overall, My friends and I had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious enough, clean, and the staff were helpful and kind. "

"Hotel was located near to many of the hotspots (e.g. Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Printemps Haussmann, Paris Opera and etc) in Paris with walking distance. Basic amenities were available in the hotel and there are convenient store within 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. However, service provided by one of the staff was not that friendly. Requested whether there is other available room after found out that the door cannot be locked properly but was being rejected without checking for the availability. Overall still satisfy with everything. "

"I enjoyed my stay of 5 nights. Surprisingly good for a compact hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, which is a huge plus. Some slight noise from the busy street, but the sound insulation is very good and it didn't bother me, Small room, probably standard for central Paris. One small shelf for clothes. I travelled solo which was fine, but I cannot imagine how couples manage. The room and bathroom are clean, modern, a safe is provided in the room to store valuables. Tea and coffee facilities in room and candies provided daily were also nice. Superb location, right in front of metro, walking distance to many attractions. "
