I stayed at the Orchard hotel for 2 nights. The room was in a very good condition, clean, and comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the location that makes it very convenient to go around Orchard road. The staff at the front desks were very friendly, the check in and check out process were smooth too. Will definitely stay here again.

Booked this hotel because it’s highly recommended. Despite the picture of the hotel looks old, but they are well managed and clean. Really worth the penny as the location is just 10min walk from ION orchard. Free parking and hassle free check out procedure.

Me and my husband stayed at Orchard Hotel Singapore because it was near our wedding venue. From the moment we arrived they were very welcoming. They helped us with our luggages and garment bags containing our wedding outfits. The front desk guy was also very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy they even let us parked at the VIP spot so it was easier for us to get off the car for outfit changing during our wedding day. They gave us a complimentary cake congratulating us for our wedding, it was very thoughtful and nice of them! I couldn’t thank them enough for the amazing services provided. Sadly, I didn’t get the names of the people involved in making our stay very pleasant. As for the room, it was much spacious than i thought it would be. The bed was a king size bed too. The bathroom lighting was amazing!! Great lighting, huge mirror and really clean. I would definitely come again and would recommend everyone to come and stay here ☺️

The staff are very welcoming and supportive. Located in the Orchard road but at the same time in a very quiet area. I could easily walk straight to the busy mall then enjoy a quiet evening time staying at the hotel after that. The facility is very modern. Everything is just technology even just a call for cleaning. And finally, they are SG Clean so I had no need to tell the immigration as this hotel already appeared in their green list :). Love this Hotel, from customer service to their different ranges of rooms and of course a very well spread morning breakfast. Just some minor things to take note. Has alot of queuing, queuing for breakfast, queuing for check in, queuing for checkout. Other than that alls almost perfect. Will definitely come again.

Kudos to the staff for always assisting us in our requests and also to the cleaning staff..i was surprised when i got back that they didn’t just cleaned the room but also cleaned my kid’s milk bottles.. 🙂 this is one of the best hotels i’ve been in and it sure helped a lot that it’s right in Orchard street..will most likely book with them again..

Shared a room with my colleague and honestly this is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The room was incredibly clean, the walls were soundproofed so we weren't disturbed by other guests staying on the same floor and the gym and swimming pool was a plus. Highly recommend!

I have been patronising the Hotel so often. Two particular staff from the Banquet, breakfast buffet counter i would like to comment on. One is the Chinese Lady and another one is a philipines guy who used to work in True Yoga fitness. Both of them are fantastic with customer service. I had a little trouble with the smoke smell in the room which was not settled for 2 hours by the front desk but eventually the Manager helped us with it as the staff told us to pack our stuffs, come down queue at the reception and go through it again. Thank god for the Tall male manager who helped us. We took down the names for complimenting the staff however I have misplaced the paper. thank you so much for the service.

I booked a premium room for my friend and i to celebrate our 3000 days of friendship, and the hotel staff notice our purpose of stay and send in a cake with a signed card from them! Very touched by that. Also we upgraded to premium club room with $80 because we dun want to wait till 3pm, and it was included with a afternoon tea, the afternoon tea is fine, but did not amaze me. However the breakfast in the morning is really amazing! I will literally go again just because of the breakfast! Good job !

didn’t inform any of the staff or either in booking that staycation was a birthday celebration but the staff was detailed enough when we check in and noticed it was my boyfriend birthday and delivered a cake to our room it’s really a surprise as we didn’t expect that… impressive customer services as not much hotel staff are so detailed or either with the initiative to offer a extra mile service to their customers… overall all staff are very friendly and helpful to the extent of even cleaner are also very polite, friendly and helpful… this the first hotel that seriously impressed me with their customer service. 👍

We like staying here! The room is always clean (both times we stayed) and the breakfast buffet is always a big draw. Can’t emphasise how yummy their hash browns are! The room is also very spacious and comfortable. Only comment is that we wish a comb was available amongst the toiletries provided, but luckily we had one of our own on hand. Claymore Wing is Great”
I had a refurbished room in the Claymore Wing and it was clean, modern and of a reasonable size. The bathroom came with a long bath and a separate shower, which is rare nowadays. The bed was really comfortable and I the best sleep in months, sleeping for almost 15 (!) hours straight after check in. My keycard was deactivated and I got locked out after I returned from getting breakfast and I don't appreciate this. Other than this glitch, my stay was great.

Recommend for any type of travellers. It is located on the main Orchard road. Get plenty of shopping, eating and entertainment around. Everything is in walking distance. Great price value and room is clean.

I had a great stay at Or hard Hotel- they did a recent refurbishment and the hotel rooms are clean and comfortably sized above 350sq ft. The swimming pool is a decent size pool for leisure and the gym is good too. Around the hotel there are many dining establishments and there are many free delivery for free too.

All the staffs here are friendly and very nice people. Always with smiles. The concierge and front desk staffs gave my kids gifts while I was doing check-in. The ladies serving us at the club lounge were very nice, providing a very good service. The room is spacious and and the bed is comfy. Thank you so much Orchard Hotel. My family enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again.

I made a last minute booking as I had a bad experience with the other hotel in the Marina Bay Area. For the price that I was paying, I wasn’t expecting much at first but Orchard Hotel surprised me in many ways. The staff service, cleanliness were excellent. It was close enough to the shopping but still offered a quiet respite which was what I was looking for. The toilet and bath were new and modern, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even my son who was a fussy sleeper had zero complaints! Thanks again for saving my stay cay!

The manager Chooi Yen was very friendly upon check out. The bellman was very friendly too. All the staff there was friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great fun there. The pool was nice too. And the service there was super good. It was my husband birthday and i requested for a surprise for him, the management smsend a piece of cake with a card wishing happy birthday and signature from all the staff there. The cake was delicious and thank u for the service .
