Great Hotel - Location near Orchard St”
Great service and staff, and great A La Carte breakfast (due to covid19, didn't get buffet breakfast, but still great). Swimming pool and gym areas are clean and great to use. Staff friendly and very helpful. Only issue at that time was renovation happening outside the hotel, causing some noise and dust. Other than that, big hotel room and very clean. Would go there again, no issues.

Great family suite”
Thank you to the front staff for upgrading us to family suite instd. The room is very spacious but the only problem is that there is no water spray or bidet install at the toilet bowl. It's difficult to wash and clean without the water spray or bidet. Hope the hotel management can look into it. A great room. Thank you so much!

Rendezvous Hotel”
First time coming here! We loved the place. But, no one told us the pool is under maintenance which made us disappointed as we actually came to the hotel for the pool. Yet, i still give 5 star for them because I would definitely give them a call next time and ask about the pool before booking a stay there. Which means, high chance i would come again!

Very attentive staff”
Firstly I have to thank the staff especially Sofia (front desk) and Alex (manager) for their kind response and prompt action for the issues I had at the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which we very great full. However a small matter regarding the room AC that it’s not to the optimum level, because the room is bigger than standard layout therefore extra setting/outlet may be required. The decor is clean and minimum but maybe could add on an arm chair to make it a bit cozy since the floor space is available. One of the main reason we pick the hotel is because they have the club floor, sadly they only offer evening drink but not breakfast service there. Again the staff at the club floor is very attentive and friendly, they make sure we are well lubricated. Speaking of breakfast, this is served at the White Marble on the ground floor, the quality and selection is very sparse. Out of 8 items offered on the menu, 7 of it are egg based variation. Other than a plate of fruit and 2 selection of pastry, there’s nothing else on offer. Maybe the hotel can look into the matter. In all I would still try the hotel again on my next trip. I hope they serve the breakfast at the club floor albeit being limited selection. And it’s all down to the friendly and very attentive staff that this hotel has.

Perfect location ”
Arrived at the hotel at around 2am after a long haul flight and was greeted warmly by the front desk staff who was also happy to entertain my extremely tired and jet lagged daughter. Check in was a breeze and the hotel has upgraded us to a family room for free. Our stay at Orchard Rendesvouz has been pleasant where all the staffs were very courteous and friendly. The hotel is still undergoing upgrades however it didn’t bothered us too much. Location of the hotel is within walking distance to Wheelock / ION. An old mall is also conveniently situated besides the hotel on both sides. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Customer service at its finest”
Started off the stay with a couple of minor mainternance glitches but staff went out of their way on Xmas day to get all of them done immediately while ensure we were thoroughly content with the service. A special shout out to Brian - the driver, Ashraf and everyone in the lounge, Kim Sang, the housekeeping team and mainternance team. Thanks so much for making our stay extra special during this wonderful time of the year.

Wonderful family staycation with excellent service”
We had an awesome stay at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel! Totally exceeded our expectations for an unassuming hotel, as they won our hearts big with their thoughtfulness, many times throughout the 3D2N stay. First, upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by staff Mardiana and Nigel, who surprised our kids with ice cream as we were waiting for our keys. The hosts had kindly upgraded our booking to a Family Suite! Next, we were pleased with how huge the suite was, complete with surprise kits placed at every corner of the room, from craft to colouring, and snack boxes to keep the children entertained. Personally written cards were placed in the room to welcome us for our stay and give us peace of mind in the sanitisation. The room and bath area was very clean and well maintained and the beds were so comfortable. The staff we met at Orchard Hotel Rendezvous were all very friendly and genuine. We will highly recommend this for all families with children, and yes, we will be back!

Having Me Time with Staycation”
A great experience with this hotel which is near the end of Orchard road. Had a direct bus to reach in front of the hotel and walking distance to Orchard MRT. I really love the spacious room and the bed is very wide (felt like super-king size). I wasn't looking for a modern looked hotel so I am satisfied with the interior design (an older Europe style). Nonetheless, if you think it's an old building etc, it's clean and not musty (very important to me). I recalled they just renovated last year and the cleanliness is up to excellent while keeping the feeling of interior design. The hotel staff is very kind to call me up with days before check in to check for any celebration (and I replied that I am there to sleep and I want a bath tub room). And I got a nice surprise in the room with terrarium activity and nice cookies. I really enjoyed and had a good rest. Just slight thing is probably you should ask for hair dryer when check-in, the room doesn't come with it default.

Value for Money ”
The hotel is centrally located along the stretch of Orchard Road shopping district. Booked the family room which is very spacious and clean. The only downside is that the room we got has tinted windows with no view outside and can make you feel abit confined. But the hotel facilities such as the pool and gym are good. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. A special shout-out to Diana from the front desk and G.Samy from the pool side. Their customer service is remarkable. Approachable and attentive to our family needs. Always ready to clarify any queries we have about the hotel. Overall for the amount we paid, it was well worth it. My family took up the birthday package with room deco and cake and indeed we had a good time celebrating our birthday at the hotel. 😊

Clean and spacious room”
Got a free upgrade to club room upon arrival due to my request for twin beds was not captured by agoda to hotel. Friendly staff and welcoming bellboy who was always smiling. Had a quick check in and check out. Required amenities are all provided and daily housekeeping done perfectly. Hotel is 10 mins walk from MRT and there are many food stalls and cafe along the road (shake shack, McD 24hrs, Coffebean 24 hr) etc.

Excellent Service Recovery, Beautiful and spacious rooms! ”
The hair dryer in the hotel was faulty at 11pm and two hotel staff and a technician promptly came to my room to fix and check both the socket, and replace the hair dryer. They also offered to change my room for me which I kindly declined and followed up by extending my room stay till 2pm. Really thankful to have such great service! The room is also VERY spacious for the price point and they really gave me a Deluxe room facing the pool upon request. Room does not have bottled water but u are able to boil your own water there. Basic amenities was also included included shower caps, shower gel and shampoo. They also provide u with room slippers. Hotel is also within a few bus stops away from Botanics Gardens for those who wish to take a stroll in the beautiful park. Highly recommend and would come back again for another stay here.

Bridal Suite”
My heartfelt gratitude to hotel staffs for ensuring that we have a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was 2a.m in the middle of the night, and we called the hotel front desk to request for cleaning staff as I had vomitted all over the sink and the floor. The reception explained that all cleaning staff had already returned home. Instead of simply stopping there, the reception explained that they will think of a solution for us and within the next 30mins, a team of hotel staffs were there to help us with the cleaning. Kudos to the team at orchard rendezvous!

A true example of excellent hospitality!”
Without a doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Huda, Puspa and Sherlyn at the reception followed by the wonderful news of a free upgrade to the family suite! We had 2 great evenings (added 1 more night since we love it!) which obviously added up to the experience. Booked pool slots for 3 consecutive days where we met Mr Samy. Not only does he have a warm personality, he took such great care of our kids, and ensuring their safety while they were there on their own. I must say the highlight of the stay would be the staff. EVERYONE we met were EXTREMELY friendly, professional and very flexible (appreciate this!), all the while going above and beyond their duties. They deserve praise & recognition for their amazing contributions to our stay. This may not be a 5 star hotel but the atmosphere is so special. All respect for EVERYONE working in the hotel who did a fantastic job. We are coming back in Dec and hope to get the same upgrade!

Surprisingly great service ”
We were serve by frontdesk staff Diana. She promptly gave our rooms and explained the terms of staycay since it's COViD period. We were surprised with the rooms as it was well furbished and very clean. Nick from housekeep was kind to return to our room next day to give us clean towels. The valet service was a great experience from start to end of our trip since we had 2 elders and one was on wheelchair, Sammy (if not wrong). Location was nice cos not packed and surrounded by older malls.

This hotel is a bit old by looking by the structure but so far the staff being best at what they do makes it great for staying. Its a nice place to stay. they upgraded our room for free since we have kids. The receptionist are all friendly and good at accomodating our request and inquiries. Thank you keep up the goodwork.

Would like to commend Ms Sophia for upgrading our room she’s very helpful and very kind. Assisted our needs all throughout our stay. The location is superb very accessible and convenient along orchard road. Although, hotel facilities are not that modern we enjoyed our stay.

We were greatly delighted with the team who worked the executive lounge as they’ve really delivered high quality service. There was a wide range of food and beverage of excellent quality enough to keep you satiated and not leaving the hotel. But to us, it was the staff that made the difference. Each and everyone were highly attentive, warm and professional and made us both feel very comfortable during their shifts. They were all forthcoming with checking in on us periodically to see if we needed drinks or any snacks and delivered their service with finesse and a warm smile.
