Reasonable price in excellent location”
The room is decently spaced and it include a balcony. The price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in Singapore. Opposite the hotel is the MRT, opposite the hotel is clarke quaye and right behind is chinatown with plenty of food. Location wise and accessibility is excellent. Didn't try out the breakfast so can't comment. Didn't have time to swim either but the pool look very inviting. Hotel check-in is smooth. Bed is comfortable. Internet is free and reasonably fast. The room is quiet and I had good nights sleep. I loved this hotel and is one of the hotel I will come back to stay again. Also there is a famous restaurant right in the lobby, Tung Lok seafood.

Centrally-located hotel with nice and big swimming pool”
We spent 3 nights in this cozy if slightly tired hotel. The room was perfectly prepared, except the shower head holder (fixed after two calls to reception). The mattress was very comfortable, a bit on the soft side. A small issue is the fact that it’s not possible to connect your own laptop to the big flat screen, so you’re stuck with the few tv channels on offer (no Netflix). The pool deck was undergoing renovations (due to be completed by end of January 2019), yet we loved the long laps and the massive “waterfall”. The sun deck (2 storeys up from the pool) provides a welcome space to relax and sun tan. Very quiet room with sound proofing walls and windows. Smiling and helpful staff. Recommended.

Modern hotel in great location, just across road from MRT station and Clarke Quay. Service very attentive and room very clean. Pool was great and loved the fact they store your luggage for the day and you can use pool and shower etc. if you have a late flight out of there. Highly recomended.

Great Hotel for the Money”
I've stayed here many times, and love how conveniently located it is to everything. It's a 5 minute walk to chinatown and also to Clarke Quay. There are not many other hotels in the area with the level of quality at the price that I prefer to stay at. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating (this past trip they were SUPER helpful in making some adjustments for me, despite my mess-up in booking). I highly recommend them, and will be staying here many more times in the future!

Pros: Location is perfect (10 mins drive to Sentosa, 10 minutes to Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands, around the corner from Chinatown, across the road from central Clarke Quay - couldn’t be situated better), self-service laundry available at an inexpensive price, great pool, comfy bed, reasonably sized room. Cons: Air con wasn’t the best, cooled the room but not very well considering we had it set to lowest temperature at maximum force. Bar fridge didn’t seem to get very cold at all unfortunately.

When Manager Audrey attended to me during check in, she found out that it was my 50th Birthday. Not only did she wish me "Happy Birthday" after checking in, she even went out of her way to buy me a birthday gift and sent it to my room personally! Great location, 5 min walk to Clarke Quay, close to all amenities. Free wifi, great room. Staff excellent, provided a baby cot with no issues at all. Close to subway station and Chinatown dining.

Great location for exploring Singapore, gym was decent and pool area looked nice although we didn't use it. Staff were very helpful and gave good recommendations where to eat etc.

1 week at Park Regis in May 2022”
A very nice hotel in a great location. Near the MRT station. Took the train daily to go about my long business days. Pool. Gym (2 treadmills, did not have to wait). Quiet. A nice, water-rich shower. A/C set at 18, always had to increase the temperature. Problem-free internet. Crossing to the side of restaurants means upto a 5 minute wait at the traffic light. Starbucks near by. Lots of eateries for all wallets and tastes. If it was a bit less expensive I would choose it during all my frequent business trips to Singapore.

Hotel staff were friendly (as all Singaporians are). The place was clean and room has a nice big window looking out. Gym was a bit small, but functional. The lounges in the pool is a good touch. Location is great: short walk to Chins town, across the street from the riverfront cafes and next to all transport.
