Over all experience is fabulous, I will rate 4.4/5. Staff are very cooperative and provide better services. Only for improvement is required in the menu of breakfast, it should be covered most common tradition of foods.My stay was there 4 days and I had observed only south Indian dishes even doesn't include local dishes throughout the week. Booking procedure should be improved as per customer requirement, it has to be choice either he will pay by cash or card in case of online booking. Check out margin should be provided atleast one Hour because last day of hotel leaving is always challenging to traveller point of view. I hope organizer's property will review seriously in the favour of travellers.

There is a tourism desk from Drive adventure Tours and one Mr. Sijin Mathew their representative who planned our most of trips at very affordable price and he's very friendly person and informative. One HUGE inconvenience was that the toilets have sliding doors that cannot be locked from inside and anyone can open from outside! This was extremely incovenient and we coulndt wrap our heads around for the lack of logic in this design. Not only that, there is a huge gap between the sliding and the fixed door making the experience more harrowing since anyone from outside can see whats happening inside. Complete lack of privacy is astounding. Hope the hotel management will take note of this and immediately take action to rectify this anomalous and atrocious design.

I recently stayed at the property and must add that it has a great value for money and its great for families. The location is perfect, a walking distance from the City Centre Deira Mall, walking distance from the Metro station and a lot of nearby affordable restaurants. The staff were exceptional and go to great lengths to address any personal issues that may arise. I suggest that they improve their housekeeping more especially in room cleanliness and attention to details such as not forgetting to add toiletries or enough towels, tea bags, creamers e.t.c . All in all, when reminded, they quickly apologize and resume great services. Overall, great value for money. Highly recomended.
