Peninsula Hotel Danang truly deserves 5 stars. The room was very comfortable and the view was stunning. Location is superb – just cross the road and you’re at the beach. Service was excellent, even in the small things: helping with luggage, opening/closing car doors, and escorting us across the road both ways every single time, no matter how late. Special thanks to Hana, who I believe is the customer service lead. She has a great smile, speaks fluent Chinese, English, and Vietnamese, gave excellent recommendations, arranged transport for us, and was always helpful. We tipped her and she even told us it was too much – very humble and genuine. We insisted – she’s amazing! Breakfast was great – 28th floor had the best view, 3rd floor had the best food with lots of variety. Free spa in the hotel, and the rooftop bar stays open until midnight. It’s all the small details that made our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

The staff service at this hotel was phenomenal… they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were friendly and polite. They helped us organise everything we needed- such as car and scooter hire. The hotel room was comfortable and the views were amazing. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room. The food for breakfast and afternoon tea was delicious and true value for money. The complimentary spa foot bath everyday was a nice touch. My only suggestion is that the massage therapists did not talk to each other during the massage treatments as this is unprofessional and distracting. Location was perfect - right across the road from the beach. If you need transfer from the airport I highly recommend using the hotel as they offered us water and cold towels. Great experience! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Da nang.
Visited Danang and stayed at this hotel to celebrate my 40th birthday. Right from the airport pickup, the driver that greeted us was very welcoming. Staff at the reception made the checkin so easy by seating us in their lounge with refreshments while they completed all the formalities. The room was upgraded for free, and the decorations and welcoming cake were a great surprise. During the stay the staff at the restaurants, house keeping and other facilities were all very friendly. Location of the hotel is right across the beach, and ocean view rooms have spectacular views. Excellent location as it is within reach of alot of good shops, restaurants, bars for entertainment.
Beautiful hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and the ocean view rooms are absolutely beautiful, worth upgrading for the floor to ceiling glass windows looking straight at the ocean. We slept very well in teh expremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was great, we tried both the main dining room on level 3 and the smaller breakfast on floor 28 (we preferred floor 28 it was quieter and slightly smaller options but suited us better. The complimentary afternoon tea is a nice touch. My only complaint is the pool is small and only has 5 sunbeds which for a hotel of over 200 rooms is not many. The location is good, directly across from the beach. plenty around but did feel a little out of the main action - so that may affect sem travellers depending if they are after action or peace. Every single hotel staff member was extremely helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay. One day we'd arranged a day out with a driver who didn't turn up (long story) but the concierge was worried about us sitting in the reception waiting for so long and promptly arranged for an alternative driver at the same price as had been agreed with the previous driver. Thanks for an excellent stay.

“Grand Ocean View Queen Room”
This hotel is the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam so far. Really value for your in terms of hotel facilities, very nice & polite staff, clean room/towels/beddings and the included perks. When we arrived, we were assisted from the time we get off the Grab car and in checking in. Check-in/out was also a breeze. Our room is quite big with bath tub, heated toilet seat and strong water (hot/cold). The best part is the big window overlooking the sea which makes you don't wanna leave the room anymore (lols!). It was also nice for them to decorate our bed with rose petals and gave us a basket of fruits to welcome us (have told the reservation that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary). The stay includes a nice spread of finger food, fruits, juices, tea and coffee for the afternoon tea at the 3F buffet dining area. It includes also a foot bath and hot stone treatment for 30 minutes at the hotel SPA. Breakfast buffet can be availed at the 3F buffet or at the Executive Lounge (this is possible because of the room availed). They also have an infinity pool that we enjoyed after swimming at the beach, the beach is just across the street. We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel, I'm super, super, super recommending this if you visit Danang!
