    During our three-night stay at the hotel, the staff took great care of us. From the pickup at Yellow Bridge on the first day to the drop-off at the next hotel on the last day, they meticulously handled everything at no cost. I was worried about the location, but I was very satisfied with the free pick-up and drop-off service and the private hotel. If I come to Chengann again, I will definitely book again.     “Magnifique, professionnel et PROPRE ! ”

    Cet endroit est tout simplement parfait ! (et les photos sont honnêtes et réalistes) Après de nombreuses mauvaises surprises, nous sommes tombés sur cet hôtel dont le staff est très professionnel et qualifié. La chambre ainsi que la vue sont magnifiques et tout est PARFAITEMENT PROPRE!!! La nourriture et le petit déjeuner y sont également supers ! La propreté est souvent douteuse dans une zone aussi touristique (vérifiez toujours le matelas en arrivant dans une chambre) mais le Pramana est totalement irréprochable et nous nous y sentons très bien. Un grand merci pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur flexibilité aux demandes et leur personnel qui est toujours aux petits soins. Je salue chaleureusement Ngurah, Suar, Baby et Diah qui font de l'excellent travail.

    “Eine kleine Wohlfühloase”

    Wir sind sehr froh, das Pramana entdeckt zu haben! Wir hatten zuvor eine weniger gute Unterkunft. Ngurah (Supervisor) zeigte uns vor der Buchung die Zimmer, wir entschieden uns für das Zimmer mit Meerblick (713). Von unserer alten Unterkunft wurden wir von Suar, dem Fahrer des Pramana, abgeholt und bekamen für die Fahrt sogar ein Wasser! Er war sehr zuvorkommend! Das Zimmer verfügt über einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und den kleinen Hafen von Nusa Ceningan. Das Bett ist extrem bequem (das gemütlichste unserer Reise) und alles ist äußerst sauber. Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt, auf Wunsch werden täglich die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Wir wurden nach Allergien gefragt. Zum Frühstück gibt es ein kleines Buffet (Säfte, Brot, Gebäck, Marmelade, Regionales, Müsli) und ein Gericht von der Karte wird frisch zubereitet. Hier gibt es für jeden Geschmack etwas. Der Service wird hier groß geschrieben (beim Check-In gab es eine regionale Kleinigkeit und ein Drink) und auf Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen. Alle, die wir hier kennengelernt haben (Beby, Monika, Agus, Widi, Ari und Artawan), waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir haben die familiäre Atmosphäre hier sehr genossen. Zudem gibt es nachts eine Security, man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Wir können das Pramana wärmstens empfehlen, wenn du Ruhe auf den Inseln suchst. Morgen ist leider schon unsere Abfahrt, wir erhalten auch hier wieder den Fahrservice zum Hafen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

    “Top-notch stay with excellent service and super friendly staff”

    Pramana is a place where the staff make sure you have everything you need. Super attentive, alert, and helpful. The property is new, of very high quality, and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. It’s located a bit remotely and on hilly terrain, but it’s perfect for relaxing. They offer a reliable pick-up and drop-off service from the Yellow Bridge. Unfortunately, my partner became ill and we were worried about malaria or dengue. The hotel took this very seriously and supported us in every possible way — from care and communication to transportation to the clinic, and even providing a meal to help recover. They truly go the extra mile for their guests. The breakfast (which we sadly only enjoyed once due to the clinic visit) was outstanding — delicious and very well-prepared. The pool was perfect for relaxation. We want to sincerely thank all the staff at Pramana for their excellent care! ❤️
