Very practical for transit”
Even with the explanations we struggled a bit to find the free shuttle bus stops at the terminal. once we did everything was smooth. Long check in - even in the middle of the night which was a little annoying. The hotel is busy. Otherwise big and clean rooms, comfortable beds and affordable hotel - shuttle on time to/from the hotel to the airport terminals. Very convenient.

I had a long layover so decided to stay over ot was so convinent with the shuttel.service the property is clean and the staff was friendly did not get an opportunity to have breakfast due to flight timing ..would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel for others

Great airport hotel ”
This hotel is great value for money and well located. Free shuttle from airport to hotel made it easy to get here. The room was spacious and comfortable. There’s also a cafe, a pub and a restaurant onsite which os unusual to have so many choices in an airport hotel. We are coming back here in a few days before we fly back home so I’m pleased I made this choice to stay here

Perfect location”
Perfect location for a long layover at dubai airport. Clean, friendly staff and budget friendly. Staff accommodated for early Check-in with no hassle. Room was ready within 30 minutes. Costa on site, restaurant and breakfast available if required. Can’t comment on food as I wasn’t there for breakfast.

Prem inn 19 hr stop over ”
This is great hotel we had a 19 hr stop over and easy to get in to Dubai we got a taxi wich cost £20 return so would defo recommend also airport transfer is so easy as well thanks prem inn

Stress free overnight for departure”
Will book in future again, bus to terminal 3 makes it so easy, also used the metro train after booking in to enjoy the last day before departure. Will recommend this to others. No traffic, no stress. It took 10 minutes to the airport.

Great Airport Hotel”
We booked last minute for a 12-hour layover. The price was right. The location was awesome. Shuttle service was easy. The rooms are small, but we expected that. We only needed a place to sleep/ rest before our next flight.

I was hesitant at first about staying somewhere so affordable as this was my first time solo traveling, but I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving. Its facilities, cleanliness, and customer service were all held to high standards. There was a free shuttle that frequently dropped off and picked up residents from the airport and other major locations which was so convenient for when I wanted to use the Dubai Metro. The room was super clean and had all the amenities of any other hotel (except shampoo and conditioner). When I could not get my room safe to unlock, someone from the front desk came immediately and was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here, and I would stay again and recommend to others!

There are multiple reasons, why I had a great time in Premier Inn: - next to the airport - free shuttlebus every half an hour to the airport and accesses to Dubai downtown by metro or (free) expo 2020 shuttlebus - good comfortable and healthy mattress - rich all-you-can-eat breakfast (it's a brunch!) - perfectly clean room - friendly stuff all around (e.g. Ryan at the reception, Rejith & Tanaveer from the roomcleaning team, Reyann & Kumara from the breakfast service) - always helpful, but not pushy - PCR-Test in the hotel and support from Pooja at the travel desk

I had a good stay at the Premier Inn hotel. Good service. Especially I would like to say thank you Mr. Rasheed who helped me to find an adapter for my charger. Amazing breakfast. Good location, next to the airport.

Fantastic Hotel”
I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is always great. It is sparkling clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the bar and restaurant are most welcome. Beds are comfortable and the free shuttle bus to and from the airport is a great benefit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through Dubai.

Very nice hotel if you transit at Dubai ”
Hotel is near to airport. The shuttle bus is provided to terminal 3. The receptionists are very polite, nice and friendly. Room is very clean. Got bath tub for hot bath after long flight. We had a good sleep and refreshed for the next flight. Thank you premier inn. I love to stay at premier in since i live+studied in UK few yrs back

Great, comfortable stay”
Two recommendations: I requested a lab airport transfer but I had no idea if it was confirmed, and had no idea how it would work. Would I need to call, would there be someone there to pick me up, or was there a regular shuttle, and if so, how often would it come. I had to experience it to learn that the shuttle comes every half hour, 24 hours a day. Also, it would have been nice to walk from the airport to the hotel, since it’s only 200m from the airport entrance. But unfortunately it’s actually a 3.5km walk or drive. Otherwise, I enjoyed the friendly staff, quiet, cleanliness, and buffet breakfast. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Best option for long layover”
Booked this as an alternative to sleep’n’fly, which is too small and noisy. Had a 9 hour layover, this was perfect. Took the transfer to the hotel and back, had an opportunity to take a shower and rest. Highly recommended.

I will book this hotel again if I transit at Dubai ”
I love this hotel so much even though I just transit Dubai for 19 hours. I arrival hotel around 11am and staff allow me to check in early and let me rest well. While have free shuttle bus this much easy for me.
