The resort offered us a villa with four rooms, but one of the rooms was disconnected from the suite, requiring us to go through the garden to access it. This room also had a musty smell, which was quite off-putting. The resort provided a complimentary dinner for our group, which included both adults and children. However, the kitchen only prepared food for the adults, leaving the children to share from the adults' plates. This was disappointing and not what we expected from a 5-star resort's restaurant. On a positive note, we appreciated the very friendly buggy staff, the resort's excellent location, the beautiful beach, and the nearby sports activities. Overall, while there were some highlights, several areas need significant improvement to meet the standards of a 5-star experience
Recently, I had a wonderful trip to Danang Premier Village with my family. It was truly an unforgettable time. Being close to the sea allowed us to enjoy a fantastic ocean view, and during sunset, we could witness the spectacular sight of the sky turning red. Thanks to the quiet atmosphere, I experienced perfect healing. The interior of the villa was modern yet warm. The private pool was spacious and clean, allowing us to swim every morning and evening. The deck and sunbeds around the pool were particularly comfortable for relaxation. The interior was spacious and well-organized, and both the bed and sofa were very comfortable. The host was really kind and attentive. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were told that they would help us anytime we needed anything. Additional services requested were handled quickly. The breakfast provided was truly excellent. It was prepared with a variety of fresh fruits, breads, and local dishes, and served different menus every day, leaving no room for boredom. It was a perfect continuation of healing and relaxation, and I was able to create valuable memories with my family. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable vacation in a quiet and luxurious environment!
The resort is great for family with young kids. It has restaurants, kids club, swimming pools etc. The best part is the beach. It's so close to the villa the kids can run between the beach, the villa and the swimming pools any time they want. We really enjoyed the in villa barbecue and beach dinner. Very special experiences with delicious food and great services. Cleanliness can be improved in the villa but it's a big place and the kids have ample space to run around. Also big thanks to Sally who was helpful and arranged everything for us.

The main pool is very large and the water quality is good. I liked that the main pool and the beach are directly connected. The breakfast buffet costs 480,000 VND (24 USD) for adults and 240,000 VND (12 USD) for children, and the food is diverse. Towels are changed daily, and bottled water is provided every day.

“Touching kindness and comfort”
The advantages regarding the location and facilities are mentioned in many other reviews, so I will skip that part. After COVID, I visited three Southeast Asian resorts and three pool villas, and this place was overwhelmingly comfortable and cozy. First, the food delivery. When staying at a resort, our concept was sightseeing, and at the pool villa, it was relaxation. While playing, eating, drinking, and swimming at the pool villa, we ended up ordering delivery food. Normally, when ordering delivery at a resort or pool villa, you have to go to the main entrance to pick it up, but the staff here brings it right to your room. Of course, you could take a golf cart to the main entrance, but it is a hassle to dry off from swimming, change clothes, and go out in the sweltering heat just to get food. Secondly, the assignment of staff to each room. It seems that each room has a dedicated staff member, which is very good. During your stay, there are always big or small questions or requests that come up, and when I contacted the staff member, they would resolve it immediately or provide feedback on how long it would take if it couldn't be resolved right away. They also checked whether the issue had been addressed. Our assigned staff member was Lily, and I found the system of having dedicated staff per room to be great; Lily was not only kind but also very attentive and satisfying. Additionally, there was an episode where, after checking out of the pool villa and moving to Hoi An, I realized I had lost my phone. Not knowing where I lost it, I asked Lily to help me look for it, but I thought I should check myself as well. I wasn't sure if I left it at the accommodation, and it was a request from a guest who had already checked out, but they genuinely and diligently searched for it. They had moved the sofa and bed, and everything was turned over, including cushions and blankets. I was really surprised and very grateful. If you are considering a pool villa in Da Nang, I think you can just decide on this place. I visited in mid-May and forgot to write a review until my 8-year-old son asked to go back to Da Nang to see Lily, which reminded me to leave this review.
