I have to say, Pullman DN is one of the best hotels in Vietnam and Asia. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and set on a stunning beach. What truly sets it apart is the staff—they are exceptionally well-trained, detail-oriented, and provide outstanding service. This hotel is also perfect for families, offering plenty of activities for kids, including indoor play area with staff and teachers who can speak English and take great care of the children. Good location. Hotel back entrance led directly to the beach and there were beach chairs provided for chilling at the beach. Hotel also provided a beach bag in the room. My 21 months old toddler loved the kids club. Staff was very caring to her too. We managed to use the babysitting services twice and snuck some time out for ourselves. Babysitter kept me reassured with regular WhatsApp updates on my toddler. “Six days at a 5-star resort that felt like a dream.”
As soon as I arrived at the resort lobby, I was captivated by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and all the decorations in the lobby were beautiful. I was enchanted by the infinity pool and the view of the Mekong River unfolding beyond the central infinity bar, as well as the beauty of the long, stretched pond and garden. I thought to myself, "This is indeed a 5-star." The private beach features beach umbrellas, beach chairs, wooden swings, and surfboard decorations provided by the resort, and I was attracted to the exotic atmosphere each time I took a walk. The accommodation was neatly organized, and the view of the garden from the balcony was fantastic. [Food Recommendations] *Infinity Bar: I highly recommend the mango bingsu (everyone knows it even if I say it in Korean~ haha). *Azure Restaurant by the pool: The cappuccino, a piece of cookie, and gnocchi were really excellent. *Breakfast restaurant Epice: The beef pho was so delicious that I had it every day, and you must try the pastries topped with fresh fruit. Please also try the dragon fruit and cut mango at the fruit corner. It’s really tasty. I was especially fond of the taste of the dragon fruit. #Among the nearby restaurants, Banh Mi was delicious. For those who want to eat Banh Mi, I recommend Cafe Banh Mi 43. The nearby grocery store is also convenient. #However, please be cautious when crossing the street, as cars often don’t stop even when the traffic light changes. Also, when I requested a spoon at the breakfast restaurant because there wasn’t one at my seat, I was a bit disappointed to receive one that left me wondering whether it was properly cleaned. Still, I appreciate that the two staff members carefully checked whether the spoon was clean. Even if I visit Da Nang again, I will choose this place. I stayed here with my child, and it was so quiet and comfortable that I had no inconveniences during my stay. I highly recommend it for those wanting to relax at a resort. #Nearby Attractions Sun World Asia Park, Dragon Bridge fire show on the Han River, and Yeongheung Temple are among the attractions. Additionally, I recommend a French restaurant nearby called Lecomtoir.
