Super love the Ambiance of the hotel, huge Room, there’s alot of resto in the area,, spotless, looks like you’re in a 5 star hotel. I cant say anything negative.. everything was perfect. Thanks quentin boutique hotel for the wonderful experience...

Perfect spot”

Perfect stay! The area is gorgeous with lovely restaurants 5 mins from hotel, good breakfast place across the road although the hotel breakfast is good and easy access to everything. Hop on and off bus on the corner near hotel. Train station in easy walking distance. Great value for money. Friendly / helpful staff. Modern and very clean. Quiet. Great bed. Lovely bar for a late night drink. Nice bar staff. Had a great stay and would stay again. Thanks Quentin!

Exceptional”

Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good and healthy. The hotel is located 7min walk from metro and bus station right outside. A convenient, short ride to the City Cube, Berlin.

Location in a quite suburb but with reasonably priced restaurants etc. Minutes walk from subway.”

Welcoming and friendly staff. Hotel foyer elegant. Our room was what we wanted: comfortable, safe, excellent showering and on the doorstep to a wonderful city. Hotel bar prices were on the high side.

Excellent”

Very nice hotel, room size was great, was one of larger rooms during our trip. There was a nice big sofa which was quite useful. Location was great, many restaurants around, and a supermarket a block away. Street residential parking is available right behind the hotel. Staff was nice too.

Good location with plenty of dining close by”

Arrived in the afternoon and got our room, but it had not yet been cleaned. Went back to hotel staff, and were then given an even better room for 5 people (Family Suite). We had ordered a Family Suite, but the layout was not exactly the same. The new room had a large bathtub and adjacent shower. A few thing noted on the stay: Toilet brush was broken and fell off in the toilet, missing toilet paper on second day, beds are too soft but very spacious. A firestation is located near by, and sirens can be heard at an acceptable interval. (2-3 times during nighttime - not a problem). Overall the room was very spacious, modern design, a bit dark, nice and clean, beds made every day (although we did not order this) and a great breakfast in the morning. Location is very close to U-Bahn (Sophie-Charlotte-Platz) and there are lots of free parking spaces if you come by car in the area. We parked for 4 days with no issues.

Nice hotel in great location”

I stayed here for 4 nights with my boyfriend. Our room was spacious and clean, bathroom was nice and big. We were facing the main road, so it meant when the windows were open it was very noisy. I did notice that our bed sheets were never changed, not sure if you have to request this? Staff were friendly and helpful The train station is about a 10 minute walk, very easy to get into the city center. Loads of restaurants in the area and there was a Christmas Market 15 mins walk away. I would definitely stay again, but would ask for a room not facing the main road. We didn't have breakfast included but there are loads of options locally, didn't drink at the bar also, but seemed like they served nice cocktails. Overall and pleasant stay in a great location :)

Elegance over practicality”

The hotel is relatively new and is elegant and smart, with lots of buttons to control anything from the curtains to the night light. And the bedroom was well-lit - though the public rooms were a bit dark It could be very good for the business customer staying one night who might be happy living out of a suitcase, but the total lack of storage space in the bedroom made it less suitable for a longer stay - we stayed 6 nights. 3 steps from the foyer to the lift not ideal, especially as they lacked any safety rail which was difficult for us elderly customers. Positives: tea making facilities - not very common in Germany; excellent buffet breakfast. Location close to good bus service to and from the bus and train stations at Zoologische Garten. There are pleasant eating places within easy reach. Value: We would not have stayed here without the long stay and web-based discounts. Otherwise it would have been poor value for money.

Design was on point, bar a little expensive €4 small beer, no kettle in room, hotel central to public transport.

Location very good”

I stayed there for 7 nights last week. Everything was perfect except sometimes they dont give refill full toiletries every new day. I just got the full set on my first day. Heater works perfectly, comfy bed. Bus stop at the front of the hotel. Asian market just 1 bus stop away. Close to messe expo where i had my venue. Close to shopping malls and near vietnam restaurants.

Great Hotel, no Reception”

The hotel is well located, recently renovated and the rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped. The only downside is that when checking in, nobody was there. The "24/7" front desk wasn't manned for half an hour. When the receptionist finally showed up, no excuses were offered. (When leaving the hotel, no one was there either - but this didn't bother us.)

Stayed here for 1 night in a superior double room. The room was spotlessly clean and really large and the bed was super comfortable. Reception area and the bar are also both lovely. Would definitely come and stay again. Great value for money.

Good for its money (55€/night/double)”

Great design. We didn't have breakfast. Rooms are well insulated . We stayed on the 4th floor facing the Main Street but it was quiet - also at night when the night buses were still running . Didn't hear other guests. Room was comfortably big. Bathroom had a good size! Towels were clean. But no slippers in room which I missed for these cold winter days (we're guests on the 29th Dec)

The location is nice, there are a lot of Asian store along the long road. The room is nice but there is no hot water pot, and slipper. We are actually expecting more. Also, they did not have the restaurant inside the hotel and when we arrived during the Christmas eve, there weren’t any restaurant opened. That was a bit tough for us.

Excellent”

Not sure about location as we were driving but there is no free car park in building. Lots of Vietnamese restaurant around. Very friendly and considering front desk officer. She knew that we were traveling far and allowed to do early check in at 10+am. Therefore we could have a good rest. No toiletries except shampoo and soap. If you need some others like toothbrush, you need to ask from them. Overall, it's good experience
