Excellent Location ”
Team members at Radisson work really hard. Guest relations is top notch. It is a bustling place so if you are looking for a large scale Hotel with a lot of amenities this is the place for you. If you were looking for something a bit more low-key this is not it. Rooms are completely soundproof. Heart of Alexanderplatz. Market and shopping down the street.

Great Location”
The location of the hotel was perfect. The only downside was related to some of the staff. In particular, the servers at the bar were really slow and couldn’t understand the order clearly, despite pointing to the drinks in the menu (also the drinks themselves weren’t good). Additionally, the cleaning staff would try to come in even if the do not disturb sign was on the door, once insisting to clean even though I tried to decline and a second time just to check the minibar. Otherwise fantastic!

Well located hotel next to Spree and Alexanderplatz”
We loved the huge aquarium in the foyer - actually the aquarium for the Sea Life Centre next door, but it was great to watch the fish in the early evening when the tank was lit up. Very practical hotel - not the loveliest decor but not horrible by any means. The first room we were given smelt strongly of smoke (despite all rooms being non-smoking!) but the staff at Reception were happy to change it for us. The second room was reasonably clean - not fantastic and there were marks on the duvet, but again Reception were happy to have these changed for us. Extra towels were also not a problem. Decor in the rooms a bit dated / tired, could do with modernising and sprucing up a bit. But overall we had a very comfortable stay at the Radisson. Location is great - right next to Berliner Dom and the river Spree, TV Tower and Alexanderplatz and Unter Den Linden. Staff really friendly and helpful - they coouldn't have been nicer. Overall I'd definitely recommend for a Berlin city break - and suggest they update the room decor some time soon!

I was nicely surprised when I was upgraded to a suite by the hotel. I recommend this hotel as the service is good, the variety of food is good too and it is well located (easy to go to the city center - walking distance or buses available. Taxis are at the hotel door).

Nice stay, but not a strong WiFi, and lacked charging options if you don't have an adapter”
I spent 2 nights at the Radisson Blu in Berlin booked through Agoda, third-party booking service. The room was not available when I arrived at the hotel, despite indicating we would be arriving from the airport. Checked bags at the desk and went out. When we returned at about 4:30pm, the room was ready, but we had to wait for our bags to be delivered to the room. Frankly, it would have been much faster for us to get them back at the front desk and carry them up ourselves. And I would have preferred that. Some European hotels offer a US standard electrical outlet in the bathroom - for a shaver or hair dryer. And some have USB ports on an outlet in the room. But this hotel only has German electrical outlets, so if you don't have a converter, you're out of luck for charging your electronic devices. Could not get Blue points because booked through Agoda. I was unable to access the WiFi using my phone in the room, and had to go to the lobby for a stronger signal.

Great hotel in Berlin Mitte”
If you are in Berlin for sight seeing, location is as good as it gets. Hotel is very well taken care of and clean. We didn't dine in the restaurant but it looked good. It has outdoor seating overlooking the river. Some rooms have interior view looking at the fish tank (very cool) but we were given a choice and picked street view. Street noise was not an issue. Hotel is rated 5 star but if you are expecting Ritz, 4 seasons or Waldorf Astoria this is not what it is. I would compare Radisson Blu with W hotels and Sofitel. Upscale and modern. Overall, highly recommended!

It was a nice stay in Radisson Blu in Berlin. The location was perfect as it was centre of the city. It was raining a lot one day so I didn't know what to do - so i went to the indoor swimming pool and had a relaxing afternoon! The staffs were ok, not particularly amazing.

Excellent hotel in an ideal location”
This was truly a remarkable hotel. It is located in the best possible location to travel and explore Berlin, in the Mitte district. From you can walk anywhere. You are truly in the heart of everything. Everything is a short walk, from the Brandenburg gate to the Reichstag building and all the major museums. This is the best hotel to stay in for location.

Our stay at the Raddison Blu was good to a point. The hotel is beautiful but Slightly let down by the freezing temperature of the swimming pool and the tiny room service menu. Our main issue however were the staff that stood on the balcony opposite our rooom when they were on their break. They were constantly staring into our room, our privacy felt invaded. Hotel staff should not be seen when they are not working and should certainly not be staring into guest's rooms!

Great hotel in a great location right in the middle of Berlin. Very good size comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choices. A bit expensive but one has all the top class comforts we like. Will definitely come again.

I have previously stayed here, my comments are not really different to previous review. It's great for location, it's comfortable. Bathroom isn't great with the layout and shower over the bath and awkward glass shower screen , but let's face it. You aren't in berlin to hangout at the hotel

Radisson Blu Berlin”
Excellent location, right next to museum island on the riverfront, and within 5min walk to Alexanderplatz however cleaning staff walking into the room and only knocking when inside at 0915 and 1000 on a daily basis was frustrating and inconvenient. Also the large aquarium in the centre of the hotel, whilst impressive to view and arguably the centrepiece of the hotel, is only accessible if paying for a separate sealife aquarium day ticket in the adjacent building, which considering is a selling point of the hotel to most guests I would have assumed it would be included in the cost, if only for that aquarium alone. The room itself was average and the bathroom whilst nice could benefit from a nicer shower/bath arrangement as my shower at home provides a nicer experience which is rare for a hotel of this caliber. On a positive note the downstairs bar has an excellent atmosphere and is extremely comfortable to sit and have a drink in the evening. Front of house staff are friendly and professional, as to be expected from a five star hotel and cannot be faulted.

Just coming from a stay at The Mandarin Oriental Prague, maybe the Radisson Blu had too much to live up to. Small rooms horrible concierge and generally unfriendly staff(except for housekeeping).A friend sent us a fruit platter some olives and cheese to our room it came with no dishes, napkins or utensils.
