The facilities are clean, well lit and well painted i love the white and brown combination. The staff are all polite and kind from the front desk staff up to the bell boys, especial mention to the 23 year old guy from GOA India who cleaned and sanitized our room at the 10th floor he was so polite and well educated. It was really a happy experienced at Raddison. Thumbs up.

WONDERFUL STAFF GREAT HOTEL”
I wanted to offer a note and letter of appreciation to the wonderful staff of the hotel! So I stayed for a night over the past weekend with my partner to celebrate our half-year mark. I chose this hotel because I had in mind a candlelight dinner for her with a nice view. Since it overlooks Dubai Creek, the view would've been wonderful with candlelight dinner. I had asked for a table to be placed in the balcony and informed the hotel of the occasion before booking. Upon arrival, the receptionist (Ms. Herilyn) congratulated us and offered us a complimentary upgrade to an executive room. Upon arrival to the room, I notice that the table in the balcony was slightly small to accommodate dinner, so I asked the F&B department if I can have any bigger table. I was surprised when they sent a high-tea table alongside a complimentary slice of cake with a congrats note and a pair of cutlery sets for our dinner. Honestly, the highest mark of this stay was how friendly, polite, welcoming, hospitable and just wonderful the staff is. Thank you Ms. Herilyn (I hope I spelled your name correctly) from the reception and thank you F&B for the cake and the high-tea trolley.

Not the lovliest building in Dubai but this excellent hotel has everything. Very clean and comfortable, all rooms have balconies facing the creek and with views of the distant city. Range of restaurants, good pool area and fantastic staff who can't do enough for you and are cinsistently pleasant and helpful. Not far from the airport. PCR test done in my room for a good price. Don't hesitate.

A home away from home, hygiene conscious place!”
Amid this current global issue-I like the feeling of “home” being away from home. As a single woman traveler, safety is very important(everyone looks after you like a family!). As a health conscious person, their proper hygiene practice is very very good( washrooms are fully equipped with sanitary products and very clean). Friendly and polite staffs adds very well to the friendly-perfect environment, Norie at the restaurant made it even lovelier to stay, polite and clean housekeeping staff and the room service staff as well. The front desk staff makes the “welcoming “ environment perfect,securities are very attentive as well as the valets. The view of the creek from my balcony is totally breathtaking. This has been my home for almost a month and I’m going to miss the place!

Clean, friendly and welcoming. Rooms are a good size. Two downsides: * Breakfast is pricey * You book a double room but they only have free bathroom goodies for one person. Bu then, all hotels do that - one of life’s great mysteries. Don’t let that distract you though, it’s a great place to stay.

A great COVID stay”
I arrived to a building that looked very much like the one on Agoda. I was greeted by the valet staff. My temperature was taken. I arrived at a very busy reception staff person. She was on the phone, talking with other staff, and other guests at the hotel. She spoke to me several times during those interactions. She explained many things to me, gave me my keys, and arranged for my bags to meet me in my room. I am very grateful for all of the 25% from restaurants, if I come down to eat, but it's not something I would recommend. They would make way more money if they allowed guys to order from their room and take 25% off of their order. It's important that every one encourages everyone to be responsible.

In Dubai there are 2-3 hotels which are my fav. This is the one of them. Herlyn at the reception is superb kind and helpful and has an amazing work attitude !
