The best stay we've had at JBR”
This was my third time staying at JBR and I would say it was the best experience. The location is epic and Ramada has a very family oriented atmosphere and exceptional customer service. There's all kinds of entertainment at walking distance like clubs, stores, and restaurants. Best part was the 24/7 gym access! And beautiful pool, rooms, and easy check-in and check out. I've relaxed well and would certainly visit again :)

I would like to thank the manager and staff who assist us on 5am in the morning January 24,2022 . I can't take them enough for upgrading us from deluxe to one bedroom because I have a kid with asd. Thank you so much Ramada Hotel & Suites JBR I know we will enjoy our 10 days stay here. We will definitely book again once were here in dubai.

Excellent stay at Ramada”
We stayed for 2 days at Ramada JBR which has elevated our trip and made experience mesmerizing. It is near to sea so you can gobto see. Over hotel staff is very nice and polite. Breakfast is also good. Lot of options available.

Amazing staff, cheap rates near beachfront”
Hi! This is our 2nd experience in Ramada and it is more enjoyable than the first one. It was actually my early birthday celebration and our stay was as pleasant as ever because of your wonderful staff, Norena (Reception), Christina/Christine from IT, and Mr. Shefeeque who went over and beyond their duties to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Norena made sure to give us options for our room and though we understand the business of the hotel, she kept on apologizing about the delays, etc.. Check out with her was also a breeze. Christine/a from IT helped follow up/kept calling Shefeeque regarding our wifi issue. And Shefeeque was our hero of the day, he made sure no matter how long that all our devices were connected to the wifi. Your rooms in the first floor are better than the one we previously had, we really loved the balcony and the kitchen. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and likewise, we are hoping to come back soon.

Very nice, clean hotel located at the very start of the JBR walk! Literally 2 minutes from the beach with lots shops and restaurants close less than a 5 minute wake away. Pool was good and rooms were lovely. Our only ciritism is that there's no alcohol served in the hotel. Apart from that the place was amazing and the staff were all so lovely and helpful!

This is already our second stay in the hotel and they gave us a free upgrade! we spent a lovely day by the beach - they provided us with free beach towels and umbrella. Also, we loved the hashbrown from the breakfast. crunchy and freshly cooked.

It was indeed a nice and relaxing stay for 3 days 2 nights. I commend their staffs for being nice and friendly. I like their fridge compared to other hotels. Their fridge can really keep everything inside it cold. I just hope the room smells cleaner and fresher. Other than that, it was really a nice and relaxing stay.

The room is quiet big but needs to enhance ‘cuz it seems outdated. Doesn’t have lotion and traveler’s toothbrush and toothpaste good thing we brought ours . But the breakfast is superb 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Wide choices of food 🥰. All the staff during breakfast on 11 September 2022 was accommodating 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼.
