Enjoyed this hotel, front desk staff were very helpful and spoke great English. Hotel was at a great location walking distance from all the historical sites. Our room was large, great large bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. Free fast wifi and good breakfast.

Wonderful service. I requested for a cake for my partner as it was his birthday and they were very nice to remember that request even when we had early check in. Room was comfortable and had everything we need. Location of hotel is fantastic. Near to malls and central. Very worth it for the price we paid.
Arrived to hotel about 9-30 pm, very fast and friendly check in. Make sure you are not late with dinner - restaurant is closing at 10 pm, however you can order some basic dishes at the bar (I beleave just re-heated in a microwave oven). I really enjoy my stay! One of the best hotel ive ever stayed. It is simple and quiet and perfect location as it near the center. It was the first snow of the season when I stayed there, and I can open the window (it has extra safe handheld) and I can enjoy it from my comfort room. The breakfast was super! Staff at front can speak English fluently. They have staff who help you carry luggage from the car to lobby But lifts are very small. It will not comfortable for guest who has a big luggage. Restaurant is very luxury and breakfast has variety. Room is clean but a bit old and dusty blanket.

It is not hotel - small business in the apartment big house 18 small room without mirrow and restroom inside. Small size TV , small size bad and other problem. Expensive.

It is an extremely clean hostel, spacious and centrally located. Hence it is value for money. I would like to suggest downloading Yandex app for taxi for anyone travelling to Russia. It is convenient and cheap.

Staff were lovely. They organised a doctor's appointment ant translator for me. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Really nice place. Free cookies were great and also easy to get an uber or taxi. As we'd been on the trans-siberian train for days, we ordered room service and it was AMAZING!!! Only downside is that there are a few small problems with the room, e.g. there is a random hole above the bathroom door, and the fluorescent lights flicker after they are turned off, etc etc.
