Excellent pool with its own private beach. My kids loved it. The water was clean and clear, unlike the real beach. Service was excellent and prompt, unlike the hotel next to USS which made me queue 1.5 hours to check in, only to tell me the room was not ready, come back after dinner! The room was spacious and comfortable. Nothing to fault at all, except maybe the small dingy fridge. But it worked. Didn't take the hotel breakfast, because there were much cheaper options just a 5 minute walk away.

It was Amazing Staycation for me!I have requested for simple Deco for my room for my 9th Year Anniversary.They get it done and it was so sweet!I loved it!Not only that...when i reach there my husband prefer to have the balcony room instead so i request to change to another room with balcony.The manager was so sweet and transfer us to another room.It was fast too!I apologised and so Sorry i could not remember his name.He did a great Job and was so patience with me! Room was very clean. Beds were big enough to fit 2 person, though site mentioned it was single beds. It was single queen size bed. The swimming pools were fun and nice. The hotel allowed me to check in early, but still have to wait for the room to be ready at 3pm (which was understandable). Breakfast buffet was nice and have enough variety to choose to eat. Only stayed for one night to try out here. Would consider to stay here again in future as I love the pools!

Located conveniently near amenities, rooms were of good size, pool area was fantastic, staff were welcoming & nice, stayed for 3 nights and reluctant to leave. Bathroom layout unique but easy to adapt as we’re family - open concept with separate doors for WC & shower. Highly recommended

Everything about the hotel screams holiday mood and chill-out time. Perfect for both family with kids and also for couples retreat. The poolside were awesome , totally family friendly , baby pool, kids slide, jacuzzi, lap pool and not forgetting the fluffy sandy "beach" .. my kids had so much fun there. Only setback is , if the hotel could install lights with adjustable brightness (level) in the room . Yes it is very romantic for couples , but for families (with small children), we felt that the brightness is abit too dim , especially when we having dinner inside the room. Other than that, we totally enjoyed our 3D2N stay. Will definitely return in the coming school holiday .

The hotel is very good. We enjoy the swimming pool and it’s location a lot. However, it is a bit old for the room. If it is a bit cheaper, I certainly highly recommend to others

Good value for money”
Nice place if a bit dated. Value for money given the location and the shuttle services to the theme park and other attractions including the casino and some heavy duty designer shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. And for the English speaking traveller, they can be understood and speak well which is so very important. Loved the small things like the guitar shelf in the bath. Rooms are clean and good, the lobby though, Could do with some updating in rugs and couches, Maybe even some decor as it’s a bit dated.

Hard rock hotel was within walking distance to all major attractions within Resort World Sentosa. Room was big and clean with optional pull out bed. Staff was very friendly and provided us with an early check in.

Nice Hotel for kids”
The pool with white sand is the highlight of this hotel. Lots of locals doing their staycation with theirs kids. Breakfast was fair, could be better since this is a five star hotel, but it was fair enough. Walking distance to the Sentosa attractions (Universal, Aquarium). Room was good, bed was big enought for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Came during school holidays omg so many people. We were stucked in the lobby getting the room for about 2 hours. Also, those getting the room with balcony will get 2 single but quite large beds, those without balcony will get 1 queen bed. Those travelling with kids, might as well ask for 2 twin beds. Otherwise the staffs were very helpful.

This place was just superb. Room was very spacious with an awesome view of the pools and other facilities. The whole facilities were clean and very conviently located with a vareity of quality food options available at the mall and the Universal Studios all within walking distances. Yup! You get waht you pay for. In this case, it is so true. It wasn't cheap, but I feel it was all worth the money being spent. All in all, I felt very satisfied throughout my stay here!
