The location is excellent! It is just stone's throw away from USS, Starbucks, nice restaurants and Sentosa tram station. The staff were super friendly and polite. The hotel is very beautifully decorated as well. The room is very clean and spacious! Plenty of room for movement, luggage, and the bathroom as well! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and releax time at Sentosa!

Hotel Michael is situated in Resorts World Sentosa. Among all other hotels near Sentosa, Hotel Michael is the "cheapest" among all of them. As one of the renowned hotels in Singapore, expect top service and cleanliness. There is a section dedicated for luxury bags, wallets and watches, and each of the stores offer upwards of 15% discount for travellers. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Michael for those who want a more accessible place to go to Universal Studios Singapore!

Walking distance, convenient and friendly services!”
A super helpful and friendly services from Jonathan and Amelia. Was trying our luck to get an early check in, and yes! They allow with their warm greeting and we were impressed by their fantastic service, much better than the previous hotel we had stayed. Also, it located at Resort World Sentosa, if you are from the city, just take monorail from harbour front to the second stop, 5min walk will arrive at the hotel! Walking distance to USS , SEA Aquarium, Adventure cove water park and casino! A lot of restaurants as well. Super convenient, we save a lot of time and energy from traveling. It is also very convenient to reach the beach by taking monorail for free. It is very worth for the price and definitely we will come back again!

An awesome stay at Hotel Michael, Sentosa”
Room appears to be newly renovated, spacious, very clean and bright. Excellent check in services, kudos to the lady manager at the front counter (Fair lady who does is not in uniformed and wear spectacle) who went out of her way to make our stay a memorable and enjoyable one. Many thanks to Bryan at counter 8 at the reception who is very efficient, polite and professional. Location of hotel is excellent. This hotel is nearest (compared to other Resort World hotels) to Universal Studio, SEA Aquarium and Vivo City (which is a huge shopping mall). Vivo City is just a 5 mins monorail ride (free ride) away with many shopping and dining options. The hotel is located in the middle of 2 monorail stations ( Imbiah and Resort World Stations) which is 2-3 minutes walk away from the hotel. You have access to facilities of other Resort World group of hotels, including pools and gyms.

I’m from Canada n stayed at bathe a Michael Hotel with my friend from Australia and was very happy with the service we received from the reception staff who were very knowledgeable and friendly also the concierge staff were very helpful! Check in took quite sometime as they are shortage of staff so be prepared for a long Q. Reception staff are very helpful n always smiling despite demanding guests. Room are nice n clean . The monorail is just a minute a away . Full of eatery around

Stay at Hotel Michael, Sentosa Singapore”
he first experience one has at the hotel is during check-in. The allocate 1 hour slots which have to be booked in advance, but these have no meaning. I had booked a 3pm slot for checking in, but when I went to the reception , I had to book a queue number which was 33 numbers behind the current queue number being processed. The expected wait is about 2 hours. They have an option to do self check in, but these machines just do not recognise the booking reference or NRIC and I could not use them. It is surprising that a hotel that is in operation for 11 years have not been able to streamline this process. When I reached the reception counter, I was told that no non-smoking rooms were available for the Deluxe Suites that I had booked. After some discussion , they upgraded me to a bigger suite , which was very generous of them. My stay itself was very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was limited, especially for vegetarians like me and my family, but the staff at the restaurant were understanding and provided us with a couple of options. For a 5 star Hotel they could offer some fruits and non alcoholic to the guests , but the rooms are bare. The suite I stayed in had a kitchen, but there was no cutlery - no plates, no spoons, ladles and bowls for utilising the kitchen. Finally , another feedback on housekeeping. One of the bathroom doors was stuck . When we called maintenance, one person came and said that he needs another person to come and help. On the 3rd day , when we checked out , the door was still not repaired. We had to lock the bedroom door to use the bathroom. Other than the above the stay was comfortable and relaxing.

The hotel, facilities, cleanliness etc all were amazing. You won't regret staying here, the room and washroom is very spacious. They even have filtered water and ice machine on every level which a plus point.

Best place to celebrate”
We have a wonderful staycay at hotel Michael. The check-in process was smooth and attentive. The front-desk manager Jonathan and Cecilia are very friendly. I am impressed with every little thing they have done to ensure my kids and family enjoy the stay. The hotel room is clean and the service is good. The best location for USS and plenty of foods choices here. No regret for choosing Hotel Michael. It is the best place to celebrate here. Thanks.

Its our first time to stay at this hotel for 3 nights 4 days. Amazingly its just take a few minutes to walk to explore teh amusement area. The room is spacious and a lot of cabinet. We really enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Would rate the staff service 6* ”
Check in was quick and fuss free, was there for a birthday celebration and hotel assigned a suite upgrade for us complete with decor. Staff at check in (Hon Kit - hope I remembered his name correctly) was very attentive and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean, facilities all well maintained. Enjoyed my stay with my family and definitely will be returning for more staycay!

Best Experience!”
We got 2 Premier Deluxe connecting rooms and had a wonderful staycation experience with our family of 10. The kids enjoyed themselves and even adults too. Just did not have enough beds and 2 adults slept on the living area sofa. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience. 1 night was definitely not enough. Counter staff at the reception, name Amelia was super friendly and accomodating. She had a difficult guest just before us who was making a scene and grumbling at her. Amelia stayed calm, patient, and kind. She handled the situation well. Thanks, Amelia and Team Hotel Michael! Hope to see you soon. :)

Our stay was super worth it because upon check in they informed us that our room was upgraded.....from a deluxe room to a SUITE!! With our own living room, California king size bed ensuite bath with tub, 2 toilets and a balcony. Super love it!!

Great Location Awesom Staff”
I had booked 3 rooms from 26th Sep to 28th Sep. Check-in process was smooth. We had three seniors with us aged 70 plus, so was little worried on early check-in. Special thanks to Amelia, for making early check-in possible. Location is perfect near Resort world Sentosa and all major attraction are walk able. Thanks, Amelia and Team Hotel Michael! Exceptional”
Hotel was amazing! We had a conjoined room so plenty of room for the family Fantastic location close to universal studios, Sentosa express and all amenities well above all expectations, very clean and staff ever so helpful, pool was on the small side but that would be the only negative. Highly recommended. Will definitely be coming back!

Enjoy for stay 2 night last week, that nearby Sentosa, USS, SEA., just walk 5 minute around there and beside have many good food good shop for lunch and dinner, also have Casino .. But we not have experience... so next time will come again...

A little noisy”
Was a nice hotel located perfectly for enjoying Sentosa. Staff friendly, room clean, modern and good size. Only problem is noise from Festive walk where our room faced. Speakers play music from sun down to sun up. I spoke with reception on second night and music went off at 10pm. Well the speakers closest to our room did. But other six nights it played. Not sure of the musics purpose as everything is shut during the night. I recommend ear plugs to make stay more enjoyable or request room facing away from Festive walk. Still recommend this hotel though

Awesome Staycation”
Apart from an hour long check-in queue, everything is smooth and pleasant for us. Especially my son love to stay there as it was planned for school holiday staycation for him. Overall we are happy with the service and will try to stay there again.
