The most caring experience I have had”
To begin with, the decor, cleanliness and service was what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. I was walking back to my hotel and got chased, attacked and bitten by 3 stray dogs. The receptionist who was working solo in the morning, offered to take me to the closest medical centre and hospital without any hesitation. I would not have expected this but Nazeem really touched me. To see the level of integrity from him in my state of panic meant I was able to get the appropriate treatment and am healthy right now because of his care. I owe it all to him. The other staff in the morning were concerned and asked about my well being when I presented to the counter. Overall, a super pleasant, clean and lovely hotel experience topped off by people who genuinely care. I would definitely come back and recommend people who visit to Malacca here. Jon

Room type: Deluxe King Purpose of stay: Honeymoon A) Receptionist The check-in and out process were very smooth. Probably because i booked through agoda so they just need my booking id for confirmation and my ic. The staff also very assistive and has pleasant personality. When travelling i always had hangers of already-ironed-clothes so my hands are really busy (and tired)- which is why i really appreciate this kind of smooth and fast procedure. The lounge area was filled with jazz music and i really love the ambience. B) Room Deluxe King was a really nice room for a couple. There's a comfortable and enough space for you to perform your prayers. The floor was clean. And what i really love about it is it came with a mini fridge! I love chocolates and cold drinks so that fridge was well-utilized by me! There's also an iron with iron board and a hair dryer. The sheet was clean, the mattress was soft as well as the pillow. The tv works too! Not really sure about the channels because i don't really pay attention. C) Bathroom Toiletries were provided and the bathroom is really clean and spotless. D) Parking Parking spaces are available but kinda limited. First come first serve basis. Free as well. F) Conclusion I'll come again for another stay! I love how the hotel is strategically place in the heart of Bandar Hilir and walkable to many spots, though i won't recommend it because it would be dangerous as the lanes and road are not build for pedestrians 😅

One of our best boutique stays”
Nice space with attention given not just on the details of the exterior or the outer part of the building, but also emphasizing on the interior design heavily. We love the industrial look and the room we had was good in size, not oddly spacious and not too cramped. Bed was fantastic - very comfortable and airconditioning was perfect. Slept like babies all night! Foods at the cafe and breakfast buffet: Definitely did not expect boutique hotel foods to be as good as theirs. I tried their Grilled Chicken Chop for lunch upon arrival and it was so delicious. The breakfast simply didn’t disappoint too. We initially wanted to try going out to explore lcoal foods for brekkie but glad we had a sleep so good, we woke up late but breakfast buffet was still available with fresh foods prepared for everyone. I especially love their porridge! No instant baked beans kinda brekkie here, only fresh foods and you can actually taste the difference.

Expecting a 5 stars stay, got 10 stars”
Chose Rosa Malacca for our stay due to the good reviews and cheap price, hence already have high expectation prior to our stay. Just did not expect the standard is higher than my expectation. Interior design is very cool and instagrammable. Check in was also very easy and fast. We stayed in Deluxe King room. The room is very clean as we can just walk around the room with barefoot. The bed is huge and super comfy! The room is also complete with everything we needed: drinking water bottle, tea, coffee, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and body wash, sanitary pack etc. As we did not include breakfast when we first made our booking, the staff allow us to have a look at the buffet area before deciding if we would like to have breakfast there. We opt for it and it’s well worth it! Really surprise with the food variery, eastern and western, nasi lemak, fried mi hun, sandwiches, porridge, make-your-own cereals (with chia seeds!), kuih etc. Overall, we are extremely satisfy with our stay in Rosa Malacca. Hopefully the service and standard could be maintained in the future. We will definitely come back, and recommend to everyone we know. Thanks!

Booked a Premier family room... The room is quite spacious with 2 queen size bed and comfortable. Price for the room is reasonable. The location of the hotel is quite easy to access as situated near to city center. But need to watch out for the traffic flow when enter or exit from the junction. Overall we are satisfied with our stay here although only for 1 night.

Gorgeous hotel with wonderful and warm service”
This hotel , though being a boutique hotel, did not disappoint. Actually, they went out of their way to provide the best service. Buffet breakfast was done by their in house chef and not catered. It was good and their Nasi lemak was to die for! The rest of their spread was good. Rooms were so nice & dreamy… Definitely a must to stay in when visiting Malacca And their staff were so helpful in many ways… Beautiful and Cosy…

Value for Money”
I would recommend these hotel for persons that are looking for a more than decent room to stay in during the trip to Melaka. Did not try any of their facilities aside from the cafe on the last day which was good. Room was cosy and clean. Bathroom was clean. Room service was good and staff was friendly. Area is quite central. Tourist attraction can be walkable but even if you take grab, it wouldn't cost so much.

Excellent Stay with great staff”
We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel with no problems. Ambience was great and rooms were comfortable and very clean, with a hot rain shower perfect for ending the day. Breakfast was good, and the staff were exceptionally friendly! The only thing was that no slippers were provided by the hotel (luckily we brought our own). Location is a little aways from Jonker but not a problem. Walk to the Palawan Megamall in around 10 minutes and in 20 minutes you can reach Jonker. The hotel is also near some very nice restaurants (Atlantic Nyonya @ Melaka Raya was one!) and Bee Bee Pineapple Tarts.

I'm very amazed with the building, cleanliness, room and the food. The breakfast buffet are so good. I keep remember the kuah dhal for roti canai. Normally i would prefer kari rather than dhal, but the kuah dhal is so delicious until i want to know what is the ingredients. Haha. The hotel smell good, the view is fantastic. Ample of parking, maybe my stayed not during peak time. The only weakness during my stayed was the iron board too small. Other than that, i recommended!

Definitely different ”
Hotel is Industrial Chic with concrete and exposed pipework everywhere. But it is well done. Rooms are decent size, bed and pillows comfortable. Staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was suitable for all travellers. Hotel is Halal so no alcohol is available. Have now stayed here for 5 assorted nights and will stay again.

Up: The hotel room is incredibly beautiful, clean & safe. Every furniture in the room is functional & comfortable. You can park your car safely in the hotel car park lots. Every corner of this hotel is Instagram-able. Down: There is no bedroom slippers. Will definitely be back again!!

Beautiful hip new hotel”
Very pretty and Instagrammable hotel, spanking new and very clean. Location is not walking distance (for me) but not so far from Jonker. Ample parking space available in hotel's vicinity. Check in and out very easy, staff polite. But beware that booking through Agoda for a Deluxe room (didnt mention Twin or King), and there was a choice for twin beds or a large bed. We clicked for a large bed when booking but was told on arrival (at 2.50pm) that the only available room was Deluxe Twin. Other than this, everything was fantastic.

I have never know they have a hidden gem in the middle of malacca! After checking in this hotel, I am never looking at other 4 or 5 stars hotels anymore! I really love it, my family love it! When you are inside, you don’t care about the outside view or what view you have outside! It’s totally a different vibe when you are in the hotel! Wished we stayed longer!”
We only stayed one night as we were on a Malaysian Road Trip. Absolutely loved our stay here, wish we could have stayed longer. We are a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in the family room. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept really well. The breakfast was also very tasty and good value. Enough variety to please all of us. All staff were super warm and helpful. We will stay again, for longer, on our next visit.
