Good staff! Nice room for affordable cost may studio room ka na with three beds. ”
Just a heads up, if you are going to this resort in working days, Sundays thru Thursdays, expect na wala ka mabibilhan ng cooked foods within the area, (even in nearby resorts like Crystal beach, Johneva, etc. You can go to town. You can ride a trike for P20 per pax. You better be ready with your foods since wala naman charge. There is a corkage fee of P100 per bottle (hard liquors) regardless of the size. I would recommend this resort kung gusto nyo ng tahimik except Fridays and Saturdays. Pero from Sundays to Thursdays walang guest as in kami lang ang guests from Sunday to Monday. Aside from walang mabibilhan ng foods, convenient naman siya and guaranteed quality experience. Kung malamok sa balcony ng room at night you just have to tell the staff and they will give you mosquito spray without charges😁

Value for Money”
Let's get straight to the point. If you are after a beautiful beach then this is for you. Our family is not after the best living and sleeping conditions as we know what we are paying for. For its affordable price, this is a good value for money. Kudos to the staff for being so courteous, helpful and friendly.

Outstanding staff”
Staff was very helpful from the time we sent our enquiries to the time we checked out. The resort is very close to the beach, clean and the sand is very fine.

Value for money”
Staff were accommodating. They tried to help us with our every need. The rooms are basic and old but it has enough space, clean linen, working air conditioner and right water pressure at the bathroom. It is a beach front property but very spacious so it will take about 3min walk to the shorline. The sand is grayish and fine. Water is crystal clean that you can see your feet. During March the water is still and calm. We enjoyed our stat at this resort. Thanks to the staff.

Good for budget traveller.”
We stayed here twice and it is okay if you are on budget. Pros: Big room. Close to the beach. Cons: Bathroom is not that clean. Water from faucet is not that clean. The only sad part happened us here is when we're forced to check out because of the storm which is not that strong. They refunded us for the unused night.

great experience”
The villa is good for staycation for the whole family. It's raining when we went there but we're able to enjoy the beach despite the big waves and have experience close encounter with the surfers.

Quiet and secluded”
This resort feels like a place in a horror movie. But for us, it is fun since it feels like we are only people in the resort. The beach itself is really beautiful! The room is ok for us to sleep. But the security in the room is not reliable since the padlock is rusty.

Old and underdeveloped ”
The place was ok for the price, it was the cheapest in the area since we were a group of 8 and it is summer in the Philippines. It looked 80% abandoned and the beach is a long walk from the room. The CR was the most disgusting thing in the entire world !! Its one of those bowl things where you manually flush it with a bucket and the shower was just a pipe line .. ALSO THE BEACH IS NOT NICE FOR SWIMMING.. THERE ARE BOATS PARKED NEAR THE SHORELINE Overall judgement: Not for families, if you can afford to spend a little more , go else where with better facilities. If you are a group of friends who dont care about accommodations and just want to hang out in zambales this is the place .

The place is not well maintained. Sayang. I can sense that it used to be a good resort during the first years of operation, as seen in some expensive furnitures. But perhaps the owner did not make the effort to learn to keep it in good shape. There are a lot of potentials in this place.

Review on Sabina Beach Resort”
My review on Sabina Beach Resort: Pro: - Spacious Beach - Clean Place - Kind Staff - Affordable for a group Traveler Cons: - For a private CR on Beachfront, there is no lock, cramp, broken tabo. We also encounter no water for a while. - For a common CR, There are also no lock in all common CR (actually, it can be lock from the outside). - Not enough outlet on Beach Front cottage. - Information desk too far from the beachfront. At least give us your customer a cp number for contact. For Improvement: - Definitely the CR - Beachfront cottage: Fluffly pillows. - More electric outlets - a place for Videoke. Maybe a kubo. It rained and had to be put barely inside the Beachfront Cottage. - Water System We also had a jellyfish encounter.

Lovely staff but needs a lot of improvement in their facilities”
As stated above, their staff is very helpful to us. But their biggest down side is their facilities. They're way too old and untidy. A lot of trash can be visible around the area. No water in their public toilets. Also their room CR's are old and not that clean. Is it worth the price? No.

Outdated and Needs Improvement”
The location is good, however the amenities and accommodation is currently outdated and requires further improvement for it to compete with nearby resorts. The accommodation is not up to par with standard economy rooms that is usually equipped with basic closet, TV, side tables and mini ref. The toilet and bath does not meet standard design that is usually tiled to finish, equipped with basic flush down water closet, shower with heater, exhaust and lavatory. With regards to the facilities, although the caretaker has been very hardworking to maintain the area, it would require more than 2 people to keep it tidy and clean. The area requires planning and zoning to be more efficient, there seems to be a lot of wasted spaces. All in all, the location has a great potential but there’s a need to rebrand and probably major replanning for it to survive the competition.

Waste of money”
The place doesn’t have any signal (Smart/Globe). They have wifi but it is not working,It’s useless!. It is not reliable. Tha place was like 2-3mins walk going to the beach. They don’t have any other amenities. The foods are pricey! 1 milo sachet will cost you 25 pesos. And we ordered breakfast for 4 (hotsilogs only) and will cost us almost 1000 pesos. Foods are tasteless. It’s just waste of money. The staffs and owner are nice though.
