"I had someone opening my door, probably to steal something from my room. When I brought it to the staff's attention, nothing was done about. Imagine if it was a woman sleeping and someone rapping her? "

"We were very happy with the spacious room. One of the better rooms we’ve had in the city. It was modern and clean with comfortable bedding. The big screen tv was a plus as we weren’t too comfortable going in and out of the hotel. The neighborhood is rather far away from most attractions and is not the most pleasant in the city. There were shady looking characters hanging around the hotel entrance. Thankfully the metro station was right in front. Be prepared to either travel or stay in the hotel. If you stay in, have patience when trying to order anything from the hotel menu. Selection is limited and service is slow. "

"The location was poor. It's near to where the homeless were. Travellers with children highly suggest not to take this hotel as it is a very unsafe neighbourhood. Ubers had problem getting to the place as well. Average waiting time for Uber to arrive upon confirmation is 30 minutes."
