I visited DaNang (and Vietnam) for the first time with my wife and small child. For a corner 12th floor suite with a nice beach / ocean view, very reasonable price. Came with a choice of very large breakfast buffet in resto or premium lounge. Gym, kids area, etc included. Unfortunately we went there on an extremely hot week and weren't able to do as much daytime sightseeing as we wanted - and there is a lot to see, as the hotel is one block from vibrant beach area and the Han river. There are literally a hundred good restaurants within walking distance, although be aware, in tourist area, so many are not really 'cheap', like in more local areas - to be expected. Fortunately this hotel had a really nice pool / lounge areas on the top floor that had constant breeze and stayed cool all day. The pool is small but perfect for my daughter to float around and for adults to have some drinks (beer is very cheap even in hotel). The greenery is fantastic, feels like a tropical paradise on the roof. The beach is awesome (at night, when sun is down, too hot in the day when we were there), beautiful sand and plenty of places to have a drink. My daughter loved the fine, soft sand. It is good they don't build hotels directly on the beach, the area is clean and well kept. The room is great - everything clean, TV is good for channel selection, furnished nicely, small balcony, big round tub - all around nice. My only quibble is the king mattress was a little dated (weak coil spring) and maybe not hotel suite quality. However, had a foam pad and overall was fine for sleeping all 3 of us comfortably. The staff was great - couldn't have been better. They even noted my wife's birthday was on the second day from her passport scan and sent up a very nice cake and note - I thought that was really a nice touch. One other note - although we caught one of the free vans from airport to hotel, I would suggest that if checkout time is 12pm that they have shuttle at that time, not at 11 and 1 only. Took Grab instead, but didn't cost much since only 6 km to airport. Only other thing, and not fault of hotel, is be prepared to get cash at airport - there is nothing very close to hotel as to exchanges, and the ATMs maybe not accept foreign cards. Not every place accepts credit cards, so need significant amount. Took me a lot of walking in the heat and 6 machines to find one that worked. Hotel would really be perfect if they had a machine right at the hotel, but I should have been smarter at airport. Overall, I would absolutely visit again, this time during a cooler period where we could do more exploring. I think I would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay at the price, location and amenities.

We stayed at Sala Hotel with our two children (10 and 4) and found it to be a mixed experience. The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of conveniences nearby like massages, a laundry service, and a convenience store right downstairs. The pool is lovely, and the breakfast was a highlight – fresh and well-presented. The rooms themselves are nicely styled, though a bit on the small side for a family of four. Despite booking a king bed, it felt more like a queen, and we had to pay extra for another bed even though we didn’t all fit comfortably. Don’t expect any flexibility – this hotel is quite strict and doesn’t offer much in terms of goodwill or complimentary upgrades, even when promises aren’t met. We also tried the premium lounge breakfast but found it underwhelming – fewer options and not really worth the extra. The main breakfast area actually offered a better variety and atmosphere. Overall, a clean and convenient place to stay, great for couples or solo travelers, but not the most family-friendly option.
This hotel is clean, serves a great selection for breakfast, and is in an amazing location just 5min walk from the beach and alot of great food options nearby. The room view is great, though the surroundings can get quite noisy early in the morning due to activities around. Free high tea was included in my booking and it was great too I booked a room for 2 and added 1 bed as I have 3 guests, my only issue is that the added bed is quite small. I'm an average sized Asian male so it wasn't too bad when I used the bed, but I think it would be very uncomfortable and way too small for a larger traveler Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to others coming

Booking & Pre-Arrival A few weeks before our stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel, I reached out to request adjoining rooms—and their pre-arrival service could not have been smoother. Every email was prompt, polite, and genuinely welcoming, and they handled our airport transfer booking flawlessly. By the time we arrived, every question had been answered, and we felt entirely confident that we were in very capable hands. The Room Our generously sized room was spotlessly maintained, with crisp linens and fruits. We enjoyed a partial beach view that was nothing short of beautiful, with just enough glimpse of the ocean to feel perfectly seaside. Common Areas & Amenities The daily breakfast buffet featured a varied selection of hot and cold options—everything from made-to-order eggs and pho to fresh fruit, pastries, and vegetarian dishes. The pool area, while not enormous, offered good vibes: plenty of loungers, a pool-side bar, and 2-for-1 cocktails during happy hour. The fitness center was bright, spotless, making morning workouts easy. Location Tucked on a quiet side street, Sala sits just 500m from the official Da Nang Beach sign and a 5 minutes stroll to the beach. My Khe’s expat-friendly cafés and bars are within a 15-minute walk, and the airport is only 18 minutes away. Despite nearby construction of the new Nobu (at the corner intersection), we never heard a thing. Exceptional Service From check-in to check-out, the staff was always attentive, patient, and friendly. They answered every question we had, responded quickly to requests, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Sala Danang Beach Hotel delivered an outstanding stay, seamlessly blending thoughtful service, comfort, and unbeatable convenience.
