Super friendly and helpful staff. Right in the heart of Old Town which is in the middle of the city and easy to get anywhere you wanna go. At first I thought it was a little pricey but they’ve got a restaurant and bar, massive complex with some good views and the whole place is well taken care of. Old Town is full of restaurants and shops as well. I enjoyed myself.

The hotel is nice, unfortunately we seemed to have picked a bad weekend. Our neighbour's the first night were fighting loudly half the night. The 2nd night the neighbour's on the other side partied well into the early hours. There does not appear to be any night staff around to deal with these sort of issues. I had to chase up the manager to have our room cleaned and b...

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel - staff was friendly, room was clean, location was so convenient to Old Town and only a $10 Uber ride to about anywhere - Gaslamp district, Little Italy, Seaport, beaches, zoo... Super close to the airport. My only suggestion would be an upgrade on the breakfast - only carbs offered (made to order Belgian waffles, toast, muffi...
