Decided to book this stay because of the high reviews. My experience with this hotel is : 1. Very beautiful Xmas set up at the lobby. The feel was welcoming and lovely 2. Friendly and polite customer service, bell boy, cleaner and restaurant staff 3. Short walks to many food choices, cafe and near the famous Cho Han market 4. 10-15 mins cab ride to airport only 5. Clean and nice room The only thing to improve is the breakfast spread which I feel the choices are not as much as the ones I visited. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at Sanouva Danang. The beds were comfortable and my sleep was pleasant throughout my 3 nights. The location of the hotel was great, there was many interesting small stores nearby and it was near to malls such as GO Da Nang and Vincom. Not to forget their staff were friendly and attentive - they helped us bring our luggage’s down the long flight of steps at the entrance. The only thing I wish they could improve on is the quality and variety of the breakfast food which I didn’t really enjoy. Other than that, my stay there was fantastic. Thanks for having us!

To be honest, I want to keep this place to myself~ The location is in the city, and I've been to Da Nang three times: 12 years ago, 9 years ago, and this time. Both trips were spa vacations, and they were amazing, but since there were too many people, I stopped coming. To use up my flight miles, I made an excuse for our wedding anniversary and, recalling the good memories of Da Nang, I booked the first of three types of hotels this time. First of all, Da Nang has so many hotels and people now that its quiet charm has disappeared. However, I also wanted to see the wave of change~ I arrived late on the first flight and was tired, so I chose this cute boutique hotel for 2 nights and then 4 more nights at another resort hotel. After experiencing a different place, I booked a last-minute massage at this hotel for 0.5 nights to relax before heading back to Korea. So, in total, I booked 3 nights. I arrived late on the first day, and it took less than 5 minutes from the airport. I chose a large room with great decor, and they upgraded me to an even bigger room. I scheduled a 45-minute massage for the next day. I've had many international spa experiences and enjoy softer massages, which are different from the stronger ones in Korea. So, I added another 90-minute massage in the evening. There are many types, so choose wisely~ I liked it. For meals, breakfast focused on Vietnamese cuisine. There weren't many choices, but it was clean, made with care, and delicious. The staff were friendly~ The only downside was their English pronunciation, which I struggled to understand. The lobby's decor is beautiful, and although the swimming pool is small, I enjoyed it very much. I didn't envy the villas; just taking the elevator to the pool in a minute was nice, and I ended up enjoying the pool alone instead of reading my book. All meals were taken care of in the hotel. I was the only one who rented a bicycle and explored all around, and I even exchanged money for fun since I had already visited all the famous tourist spots before... so I just checked out nearby famous cafes. However, the weather was extremely hot, which led us to act as if we were renting the whole hotel, enjoying a meal promotion of 1+1. Even if it wasn't that, the minibar was free, and the drinks were comfortable; you could enjoy a resort-style vacation here, too. People probably wanted to grab outside food, but it was excellent inside, saving time while being both practical and luxurious. Honestly, it was impressive for this price range. Anyway, it's such a beautiful hotel. People can quickly get around with Grab, so even though there's no beach, this place has its advantages. From what I observed while walking around, the streets were messy anyhow. In conclusion, it exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money and emotional value. If possible, I recommend booking a large room~ ^^ Ultimately, I came to this place to relax comfortably for 7 hours before my flight, instead of going to some mediocre massage shop lounge. So I booked another big room for a self-spa massage before leaving. I'm currently at another luxury resort, writing this review, lol. Anyway, I recommend it~ I will come again next time~ Those who stay there should enjoy the internal meals as well~
Hotel is lovely, greeted by the staff during check in. Plenty of cafes nearby. Package we booked came with free 30mins spa and daily high tea. Book your spa early. Cons - there's a flight of stairs to take before the lobby. May not be so ideal for elderly. The staff will help with luggage. 1 thing that made me uncomfortable. During the first day, one of the bellboy brought our luggage to the room. Then he started sharing about tour packages that he (or the hotel) can offer. He was rather persistent even after I rejected and mention that we already got everything booked. To the extent he kept asking to exchange whatsapp. This was a really uncomfortable experience for me.

“Lovely long weekend at Sanouva”
We stayed at Sanouva for four nights in April 2024 and it was a thoroughly enjoyable time... the hotel is located very well, and easily accessible... surrounded by streets with small restaurants... the hotel itself is very well presented. The hotel staff, from the front office to the restaurant and the cleaners are all very friendly and very helpful. We had two young children with us and the hotel staff were very accommodating to them as well... our room was comfortable and clean and the hotel catered to our every need... breakfast in the third-floor restaurant was delicious and varied each day and the a la carte menu also varied and delicious... and the kids especially enjoyed the roof-top pool! We fully recommend the Sanouva Danang Hotel ... we very liked Danang and will stay again at Sanouva when we next visit Danang! Thank you everyone at Sanouva for making our stay enjoyable.
