Severage system wasn't good as I took shower all of the water gathered there moreover door Lock wasn't working and the shower was broken. Wi-Fi was working for a time and then it went off as it never came

Don't go here!!! it's dirty, nothing works, they attempt to charge you twice. I had booked 3 weeks, but had to leave after 2 days, it was so bad. Even if very cheap, you will still be disappointed, even angered. DON'T GO HERE!!! I recommend that Agoda drop this location.

I gave this hotel a 2 for location & most staff (Indian) are really nice but their boss (short Asian dude) is very rude, lies to guests and bosses around his staff publicly. The place is far from clean. They will try to clean if yu ask them but one of the guys just doesn’t know how to clean. My husband always ended up scrubbing our bathroom himself (carry yur 🧤). The internet was on and off and when I say off I mean off for a whole 4 days. (This might have been fixed, good luck) I will not call them racists because they were probably following government orders but just so you know I invited a Philippine friend to my hotel and she wasn’t let in bse of the difference in our races. I quote “people of different nationalities are not allowed to visit each other in hotels”. There is no reading table in the room nor in the lobby. (You might not need one). The location was great ,hotel is quiet you can rest anytime close to shopping areas, mosques, clubs, churches, public transport

Toilet/ Bthroom very dirty. Also towels very old white discolour and teared/ holes.”
Toilet/ Bathroom's floor tiles, Shower tray, Shower Curtain very dirty. Shower tray's water did not drained due to blocked waste hole (hair etc). Urine smells in the toilet/ Bathroom. Keeps felling water drops from all taps and sleep disrupted. Also water doesn't fells through tap that should do while showering and hand basin too. Smelly Bed mattress and Window curtain. Bed not comfort and pillows are very old, thin and smelly. Unusual noises from equipment in that hotel (even at nights), e,g washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc and staffs/ others loudly taking, laughing. in the room's Television has only 3 Arabic channels, fizzy picture and unclear sound. Too expensive for the quality of that hotel. We disappointed. Cost 3AED for a very small bottle of water, that usually cost 1AED or free of charge at other places. A glass accidently broken and for that charged me in cash 5AED. Wifi available, but disrupts! Hotel main entrance on a side passage and for that is very difficult to taxi

I stay 300 nights a year in hotels, and this is the first time I have ever found approx 30 toe nail clippings in the bed. They do not have duvets, just sheets and blankets, and I don't like blankets from a hygiene point of view. Whilst taking the blanket off, I saw a toe nails between the sheets including one enormous and particularly nasty one . really very off-putting apart from that the lack of water pressure made the shower more or less unusable.
