Good value business hotel”

Typical Sheraton room. Good bed. At 100 USD / night with tax, quite good value for money. 3-4 stars, comfortable but don't expect luxury. Avoid the rooms facing the glass roof of the breakfast area - view isn't nice and rooms quite dark. Ask for a room facing the pool or the parking lot which are much more luminous. Service is fine overall but a bit inconsistent depending on whom you're dealing with. Some local partying folks visiting the hotel on the Saturday night when we were staying there. Access to most Orlando attractions is easy. 20 USD valet parking right in front of the entrance, 12 USD self parking.

Above average”

Its a very old hotel that has been renovated. Pictures make look very nice but its a normal one. I would only recommend it if you have business in the area where the hotel is located.

Charge for everything ”

I have to pay for parking, i have to pay for breakfast…these things are free at even cheaper hotel

The stuff can not find my reservation and not able to give me my bill. And looks like they also forgot to send me my bill as promised

My first and last stay at this hotel.”

Well to start, I booked two rooms at this hotel for me and my family. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk seemed to have an attitude and did not explain anything to us. I informed her that I was rewards member and requested my membership number be added to both reservations which she only added it to one. One of the rooms air conditioning units were broken and the room was extremely hot so I had to have that room switched. There was a large amount ants in one of the bathrooms and the sheets in my bedroom had stains on it. One of the toilets overflowed and upon having it repaired no one came to properly clean the bathroom until the next morning although it was advised that it would be cleaned immediately after the repair. The bathroom door in my room was literally falling apart and had to be forced shut. The toilet cover in my room appeared to be barely hanging on to life. Lastly, there was an additional $630 charge that the staff couldn’t seem to explain the reasoning for the charge. The stay at this hotel was completely horrible I will not stay again.

Acceptable”

Sink had black stuff in it. Then when we cleaned it and used it, it clogged. Shower head was no good. Outlets in room did not work. Lighting has those yellow bulbs so made it look dingy. No microwave (for $150 there should be). Coffee maker did not work. Soap wasn’t in the room.

Not the best hotel to stay”

My stay was not the best knowing that I had to pay for parking spot!!! That was the worse of the part not knowing that on the booking.

Bad service ”

Bad customer service .waiting for 6 hours for them to fix the cable still not fix it right paying all the money for what

Good”

The dresser was nicked and old. Comforter had some small holes in it. The room was clean, the carpet looked almost new. Room well-stocked with proper amenities. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Appeared to be doing some renovations on the hotel. To improve it.

Everything was excellent”

We have stayed here on many occasions over the last ten years.... On this visit we were surprised to see the new exterior color!

Poor customer service”

I will not stay here again. We will make sure our friends and family do not stay here ever. Ask about a cart to retrieve our luggage from the car and the lady at the front desk commented why not use the valet they are very helpful if your not to cheap to tip! WHAT!!?? I carried our own luggge and still left the valet a 20

This hotel is okay but it's a bit old and it would need to be refurbished.

Location ”

Front desk made a mistake and gave me a key to an occupied room. Glad I had quick reflex and quickly closed the door when I say an open suitcase on the bed. The next morning someone tried to open my door but we had the security lock on. For it to be an older hotel the room wasn’t bad. Little odor but bearable. Bed was comfortable. Plus was the balcony. Full hot breakfast being made as an option. Starbucks next to front desk. Overall I’d give it a 7 out of 10.

I totally recommend Sheraton Orlando North. I just like staying there. I don't recommend using Agoda. They are a ripoff and they take advantage of users in the app and on the web using cookies by blatantly raising prices of their favorite places to stay. Last time I booked the Sheraton. The price said 146 (usually 126)as I was entering my credit card the price went up to 159,so I backed up and the price was 146. I went back and forth until finally I got 148. They do stuff like this all the time when I book rooms with them. I am done with Agoda.

Tolle Veranstaltung in Orlando ”

Die Veranstaltung im Sheraton lief super ab, auch wenn der gesamte Ballsaal etwas zu klein für alle Teilnehmer war. Der Aussenpool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur und notfalls ging man in den Whirlpool. Der Radius des Shuttles war ausreichend, obwohl man eigentlich einen Mietwagen benötigen würde.
