A very nice hotel”
I have make a reservation for pool terrace and my room was very accessible to the hotel pool. My booking was inclusive of M Club facilities and i had complimentary cocktails and breakfast. The room was very pretty, spacious really fit for a king and it was perfect since i booked the room to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. He definitely love the place!

Stayed for a week, requested for housekeeping once. Changed bedsheet had some little black stuff on it, but removed it with no issues. Changed pillow cover had short hair on it. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The best point is location, right in the heart of orchard. Conveniently located near Orchard MRT. Quiet and clean rooms. But the toilet doesn’t have a bidet unless it’s suite room.

A big joke in the heart of Orchard Road”
We were on a back to back staycations and checked in here as we wanted to experience Orchard Road before Christmas. It turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare, from smelly and super dirty rooms to idiots working at the cafe during Breakfast who have the most absurd things to say like 'Please don't order too much as we have many wasting food' in a "free flow" breakfast menu. Well we did not order too much and still unfortunately wasted food as it was absolutely horrible!! We did not return for complimentary breakfast on our second and last day of stay here. If we had an option to checkout with a one day refund, we would have happily gone for it. We had an early checkout and returned home with a huge sigh of relief. Avoid at any cost, even if you do not have any other rooms left in all other hotels on Orchard Road. A total money burn!

The Most Favourite Hotel in Singapore”
I have always stayed here when coming to Singapore. Singapore Marriott Hotel is the best and my most favourite hotel to stay when coming to Singapore, highly recommended especially if you are a shoppaholic. It is located exactly at the centre of the great Orchard Road which everyone knows is a shopping heaven for all shoppers. Around the hotel, there are several big shopping malls like the ION Orchard, Wisma Atria, Takashimaya, Shaw Centre, Wheelock Place, Far East Plaza, Tangs Plaza, Lucky Plaza, Paragon, and some other smaller shops scattered around the Orchard Road and all of them are only minutes of walking distance from the hotel. It is always be my first choice of hotel when coming to Singapore.
