The hotel was huge and clean...,so comfy for us to stay here for 3days my husband don't want to go home yet that's why we extend for 1 more day...the staff are very friendly and approachable... they make action immediately for any concerns and needs..... I book already for November will be staying in there again...
This dated apartment certainly had its pros and cons. It had all the facilities noted, e.g. kitchen, washing machine, bathroom as well as a bedroom/lounge room. Sign says ‘make sure you wash your dishes’ but doesn’t provide any dishwashing liquid or scrubbing material to do so. No complimentary powder for washing machine which normally goes with the deal. Half a toilet roll. One towel in the bathroom but no hand towel or floor mat. As I checked in late at night, the next day I asked a very very helpful young man on reception for some of these missing items. Most were provided instantaneously. In my opinion, this place could be amazing and great but the sticky kitchen cupboards require a good clean and lounge room furniture requires a goodsteam clean…more preparation/supply of minor items would be appreciated before asking.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—just a 2-3 minute walk from Salah Al Din metro station (Green Line), making it very convenient for getting around the city. The apartment setup is perfect for families, especially with a young child. Having a kitchen, kitchen accessories, and a washing machine made our stay much easier and more comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room sizes are generous, even the studio felt spacious. The hotel also has great amenities, including a good swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, which added to the overall experience. Overall, a fantastic stay—I highly recommend it!
This was my 3rd time in star metro This time only problem was cleaning staff I was in 3rd floor and stayed 6 days two appartments The fellow who was cleaning is lot of attitude and very rude Evan when we request a new towel And Evan when we are checking in toiletry was not filled or stored Floor mats was missing

The hotel’s proximity to the metro station made getting around Dubai very convenient. The facilities, were well-maintained, and the housekeeping service was excellent.
