Beautiful hotel”

We stayed here for the CSD weekend. We knew that the location would be central but we also found a hotel with a modern clean lines and friendly staff, Our room was lovely with great sound insulation and we slept soundly. Breakfast was excellent.

Location and room size is superb”

Its very easy to go to the berlin train station. it took only 2-3 mins walk. The room size is quite big and very clean.

A Berlin gem..”

Being that I travelled in from Prague, via train, the location of this hotel was stellar. Only a few steps from the main station, Hauptbahnhof. Service was courteous and caring all through out the stay. The room was clean and chic. Sebastian, of concierge, was a stand-out. His direction and quick wit helped us to maximize our brief stay, efficiently. Many Thanks!

new, modern and convenient hotel”

We were staying there for just one night, but the feeling was good. We found the facilities in the hotel are great and modern. It has rooms to improve the staff hospitality and add warmth to the lobby atmosphere in this new hotel.

Great location, nice room ”

The hotel location is great, close to attraction and main station. The room is big and clean. The service from staff is not five star especially the reception. They always busy, not helpful at all.

Our stay was very nice. We wanted a hotel close to the train station and ease of local transport. This hotel offered both.

Just one thing lacking ”

There could be more than 1 masseuse as we wanted to have a massage for both at the same time. But that is not critical. Overall, it was an excellent stay. Great staff, very clean room, spacious and wonderful location.

Just across to the Berlin HB ”

The hotel was new and the staff was nice! The breakfast was amazing!

5 star hotel lacking the service”

Good, but first room we were given was dirty. Then asked to change rooms much better. Reception staff weren't that helpful or welcoming. Breakfast staff amazing.

Located near new bahnhof but quite a distance to the shopping area. The hotel is brand new I think, clean and good. It has parking garage.
