The best location to stay in dubai, JBR, near to the beach and The Walk with all the shopping and eating options. Suha apartments offered us the best value for money in this location. THE APARTMENT WAS clean with all the facilities. The manager upgraded our apartment to marina view. It was huge, 2 bedrooms, 3 washrooms, lounge, kitchen, washing area, and a beautiful open air covered terrace where we had our breakfast everyday during our stay. We had a problem with our LCD in the lounge area. The staff and technicians were really helpful. They tried to rectify the problem but couldnt , so they changen the LCD and brought a new one. What more can u ask for. The staff helped us in every way, provided us with masks whenever we needed them. The beach is right around the corner and a supermarket is right infront of the of hotel. All in all really loved our stay here.

Outstanding location and facilities for Family!”
We frequent Dubai alot and have stayed at some of the finest hotels. This hotel was excellent value for our money. Esp since we have older children everyone had their own space in this very large and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with the nicest marina view- stellar! Had to bring own tea and was happy to do so for the space and comfort of large fridge, stove, washing machine etc. The supermarket downstairs was very well stocked, esp with affordable fruit, berries and bakery items. Everyone at the hotel was very kind and accommodating. Check in was great...5 star service. Parked for free and walked to JBR and had a lovely time with my family. Will be staying again for sure.... The only thing to perhaps improve is the beds were a bit hard.... Thanks for everything....

We had an amazing experience here, highly recommended! Our apartment had a spacious lounge/dining area, a medium-sized bedroom, a kitchen with an attached balcony, and two bathrooms. The staff was amazing and very cooperative. The apartment we got at first did not have a balcony so we requested for it. The staff was kind enough to arrange another apartment with a balcony within a very short time. The location was amazing too, with a lot of eateries and the JBR beach at walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic home away from home”
Great serviced apartments and had all the necessities we needed to have the freedom to cook at home or walk a little and eat at a cafe or restaurant. Location on JBR is perfect for any and all types of people. Staff were very helpful and helped ease the pressure of our first few nights of the holiday. I’d recommend just going to a local cafe than the hotel breakfast, there’s a lot more range plus nicer views out to the Walk or Marina. Thanks for having us!

Personal very friendly, i had a stroller so they opened door every day they saw me, cleaners very sweet - all toys for my baby was always in one place beside get pillow, reception and man on the pool- always smile and saying nice words. We’ll definitly back again :)

Very well located with a supermarket adjacent and other facilities a short walk away. We managed to have an RTPCR test done from a clinic a few metres away which was very helpful. The apartment itself was a lot more spacious than I had imagined. It was clean and very comfortable indeed.

We loved our stay. The check-in was easy, relaxed atmosphere. The only thing we did not like was the bed size. Too small for 2 people. Other than that, the stay was comfortable, clean, and enjoyable!

The location is superb, walking distance from the beach, Suha hotel apartment is located in a touristic place and you will have some cost saving from transportation because everything is in walking distance! I have rented car and they have provided me free parking as well but because of the location was so close to everything i did not use the car very often. Cleanliness of the rooms are daily maintained and it is really high class! Personnel are very responsive and helpful, everything you request it gets promptly resolved without any difficult conversation! Highly recommend to everybody, specially families with kids Suha hotel apartment is the place where i will return next time i go back to Dubai! Thanks!!

We got our one bedroom rental at a very good price Would have preferred a high floor but we were told these are only on the bottom 3. We still had a nice view of the surrounding skyscrapers.. Only the bathroom tub/shower were a little below the expectations but large living room was a nice surprise. Also had safe, and ironing board which we were not sure of when we booked. JBR1 tram station is 1-2 minutes away. 24-hour supermarket next door. Breakfast available at 40 AED per person - probably good but we didn't opt for it. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We will consider Suha Apartments for future stays as well.
