-Clean, good, and affordable. -Front hotel lobby is presentable. -Opposite the hotel will be Fortune Court, where you can buy items from 7 eleven or have your food at the eateries. -Rochor MRT is the nearest. Just walk all the way to the cross junction road where Sim Lim is at, and turn to the left. From Rochor you can alight at Bugis MRT (East West green line), or continue along the blue Downtown line. -maintenance and housekeeping are great, and the hotel room is very clean. Just remember these two things: 1. No shower bidet. -You will need to extend the shower head to the toilet bowl. 2. No outside guests allowed. -The only exception is if you book the room for two, and the other could check-in as the second hotel guest.

The location of Summer View Hotel is excellent! It is conveniently located between 2 subway stations, a lot of choices for restaurants and eateries within walking distance (even 24 hour eateries a block away), and very close to Bugis, about a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a 7-11 open 24 hours right across the street. Bus stop is also across the street. The rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday. Bathroom had good water pressure. 10 stars for the staff. They were always very friendly and helpful. They exceeded our expectations 100%. The Summer View Hotel was definitely value for our money. Location, service, cleanliness...very highly recommended if you are visiting Singapore. We will be back!

Good clean hotel that value for money”
Strategic location with a bus stop just right outside the hotel. Alternatively, Bencoolen or Rochor MRT is just a 7 min walk away. The male receptionist is friendly and greeted us every time we go in. During check in the security lady is a little intense but we had a pleasant stay overall, and check out was a breeze. The room is spacious given the price and location and it's clean. There's daily housekeeping and we were given snacks and cup noodles in the room 2 drinking bottles a day. There's hot water in the bathroom, albeit a bit temperamental, and the pressure is good. They have good covid protocols, you are required to check in with your passport/id. They have loosened the guest rules, now they allowed 2 additional guests to go up to the room till 10pm, which worked in my favor. Guests would need to check in and out through a log book. Overall I had a pleasant stay in this hotel and would book it again the next time I'm in Singapore.

More amazing than how it looks on the pictures”
My sister and I had an amazing stay at Summer View, at first we love that the pricing is at the lower side compared to the other properties around the area. But when we checked in, the more we love staying at the room. Super clean and comfortable. The aircon has a “silent” mode which is wonderful! We also noticed that the placement of furniture and details like mirror, mini wall under the TV, power point and hair dryer are all thoughtfully placed at the right height and according to our habit, which makes daily activities easier and efficient - this is exceptional, worth mentioning! Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Location wise, right in front of a bus stop, 7-11 is right opposite the hotel (open for 24 hours), 7-10 mins walk to the Bencoolen MRT and Bugis MRT. Sufficient eateries within the area: noodles, indian and thai food. Supermarkets just right beside the hotel (left and right). Would definitely come back to stay and I highly recommend everyone to try when you visit Singapore!

my family and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, the bedroom and bathroom were very clean, but the bed was not too comfortable, but still ok.. the receptionist was very nice and friendly.. the lift was a bit smelly, it should be given a fragrance.. the location of this hotel is very strategic, close to mrt rochor, close to the food court, close to vegetarian restaurants, close to the bugis market, bugis +, bugis junction ... and most importantly the room price is not too expensive, the room I took was 1 big bed and 1 small bed.. hopefully my review can help friends to make decisions in choosing this hotel..

Superior triple room review”
Pros- location wise, it is near rochor station, less than 5 min walk. Also near a lot of eateries and foodcourts. Near shopping malls also and night bazaar. Also, taxi stand is just in front of the hotel and 2 bus stops across the street. Cleanliness…super clean. Big shower area, big toilet area, no bidet though. Mattress is a bit hard for me but i was still able to sleep comfortably. They tidy the room daily. Complementary water, coffee and tea daily as well. Hotel is near suntec city, bugis st, haji lane, fort canning, etc We will definitely stay here again when we come back! Cons- a bit pricey though, but worth it.

I booked this hotel because of the window. I know many hotel rooms in Singapore doesn't have a window. Room is quite small for 3 adults but the space is just nice and the place is very clean.

From the airport, take Green line and interchange to Changi Expo to Blue line Bencoolen. Super easy to find the hotel and we really love this. Very accessible to Bugis hawker center and souvenir shop. 5mins walk to MRT and it is very near to the malls. Clean facilities and approachable staff. Moreover, they clean our room everyday. After a long walk, a clean and well maintained room will welcome you. Kudos to all the staff of this hotel! :)

Stayed here with a friend. The room was exceptionally clean. The toilet was well lit, shower head and rain shower had just the right amount of pressure. Everything was clean. They provided shampoo and toothbrush as well! Staff were friendly too! Location is definitely ideal, few minutes walk to a nearby MRT and central location as well. A korean grocery store nearby, 711 just opposite. Slight downside for me would be the mattress and pillows which aren’t the most comfortable. However we weren’t in the hotel room most of the time so it was alright. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Everything is perfect!! The location was great, just 220 meters from MRT, Rochor Station, near the mall, convenient stores and many local restaurants. The hotel smelled so fragrant when we first entered. Staff were friendly and very helpful and professional. We got upgrade for one room as well!! Above all, the room was super clean, safe, not noisy at night despite the main road. Hot shower, drainage and hair dryer worked well. I would stay here again when I revisit Singapore.

We had a good stay at Summer View, the location was good, near the bugis street and Junction just 6min walk. Near the station so easy to go anywhere else. Room are very clean, and we are getting room upgrade thanks to Agoda. The small improvement needed is the bed and pillow :) Amenities and all are standard ok for the budget hotel. But because we are coming on F1 season, Al the hotel rate are super expensive. The rest all good, one of the option to stay on another vacation, thanks

Very Clean, Comfortable bed and nice staff”
Our 3 nights stay is superb! Staff are very helpful. Very clean and safe at every corners as staff always clean touchable things with spray. Beds are comfy in the spacious room. Drinking waters are provided daily for everyone. I have to thank the staff that our A/C at first night smelled bad and they immediately fix and clean it. We had wonderful stay here all 3 nights.

I stayed here with my sister for 4 nights. It has been a very pleasant stay. The location is very easy to get to anywhere. Bus stop is at the front of the hotel. The room is clean and without smoke. Very nice. Definitely will come back and stay here in my next visit.

Our room was quite clean and had a really nice vibe to it. The hotel was also located quite near to Bugis and close to an MRT station which was an added bonus. We got our money's worth and so much more. This hotel is a two thumbs up!

It's a relatively new hotel. The room does come with a window, but it is blocked by other buildings as the area itself is quite compact with several other buildings. Location is superb! Walking distance to town and lots of eateries nearby including Vegetarian choices. There is a departmental store (OG) and a Retail Electronical stores (Sim Lim Square). If you want a mall for shopping, Bugis Junction is just few blocks away. Raffles Hospital is about 10mins walk away. Walking distance to nearest MRT and busstop is just opposite if you want to head elsewhere. If location is your priority, look no further.

Me and my colleague had a wonderful stay at Summer View Hotel. All our requests were attended to and they made sure to make our stay confortable. All front desk staff and the housekeeping were very lively and friendly to communicate with. We never had any issues with everything even the location of the hotel is perfect because it is nearby the busiest place in Singapore. Lota of convenience store around and hawkre areas so you are sure that you won’t get hungry. Altho the breakfast provided could do a bit more improvement and variety but it was delicious! We will definitely book here again if I return to Singapore!

hotel is in a good location with lots of eateries around, and just 5 minutes walk from Rochor MRT. Staff were friendly. Cleanliness is good and with some complimentary snacks and cup noodles as well. The only thing that can be improved is the bed, whereby i can feel the spring coil in the bed. Overall, is a good stay.

Our accommodation in Summer View was very clean, well-maintained, budget-friendly, and accessible. It ticks all the right boxes for travelers who want a comfortable stay but at a more affordable rate. The hotel was also very accessible via public transport plus there were several restaurants around the area. We will definitely stay at Summer View if ever we visit Singapore again.
