Recently reopened, too many maintenance”
The hotel just recently reopened. They had to change my room 3 times for the following reasons: first room lock stopped working, second room WiFi signals won’t reach, hot water not coming, rust coming in hot water taps, sockets switches broken, etc etc. Staff was very very nice and cooperative trying to solve all issues.

All hotel facilities are very old and need immediate renovation The room furniture, paintings, toilet, sanitary ware, balcony all need to be changed I requested non smoking room but when I laid on the bed the whole bed smell and pillows have smoking smell which I couldn't sleep well over the night

Non recommended hotel”
I booked for one night . the location of the hotel is bad and there is no parking for the hotel ,paid parking is available for rude people. There is a lot of night clubs and bar in the hotel with too much noise until the late night. Cleanliness of the room is avarge furniture is very old, the tv channels is the worst. Very bad smell from the bathroom. No kattele at the room , how ever they said that they can provide hot water ,next day they provide us kattel. Staff are nice and i asked for late check out they gave and i asked for iron machine they gave too. and they provided me with baby coat ,however it was very ild and dirty. I dont recommend this hotel for families at all, the hotel needs a lot of maintenance and facilities.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is no kettle in the room. Hot water was given upon request. No major problem except that the bathroom ceiling was leaking, as such the toilet floor is always wet. The furnishings are dated and I saw small cockroaches crawling in the room twice.

e most dirty hotel I have ever stayed In! Dirty old carpets, dirty old furniture , window that couldn't open, and doors that couldn't close properly! And to top I all there is some live music every night, in the hotel restaurant from 9 - 3 the music was unbelievable high even on 4 stock! Ear plugs wasn't enough to block out the noise! , there werent slipper and they ask you pay 10 dirham for slippers bed sheets please stay away this hotel i waating my money i didnt enjoyed

Good Location near to beach”
hotel its in a good location, no traffic jam, near to deira beach & hayat regency hotel. rooms are good, front desk staffs are very polite, friendly & informative. they have free wifi only in the lobby wish they could provide it in room. some good egyptian, irani & pakistani restaurant, pharmacy, 24hr super store are near by just in 1 min waking distance. hotel decoration is also good & i enjoyed my 6 days stay there. next time sure will try to stay there again.

+ Very comfortable, clean rooms. Buffet breakfast is tastefull too. Free parking. Rather easy to get outside crowded deira almost in any direction by car. friendly staff. fully matches spent of money. - noisy somteimes. planes fly over the head all the night and day. if you sleep very sensitively it might be a problem. there was only one power socket in the room located it the bathroom. surprisingly!!! we had to buy a spliiter. it was very inconvenient for two guys with phone, tab and notebook.

check in at reception was smooth and receptionists friendly. i had to ask where room was and details of breakfast which was included. room was very clean and air conditioning was awesome. decor was a bit to brown for me. shower did not work properly, was more a hose than a sprinkler. only a couple of english channels on tv and reception was poor. hotel in flight path of airport. could not hear planes in room however, and this had not impact on my experience. pool on roof is small, but adequate. this is a no-alcohol hotel so no mini bar. breakfast was good. for $70 nz a night i would certainly recommend.

great Staff, great rooftop pool, very noisy.”
A really good value for money hotel with fabulous staff, very clean and tidy, with a good standard 24 hour restaurant as well. the rooftop pool is really good and allows you to build up a good tan without having to go to the beach. a couple of negatives though................. there are planes either landing or taking off (depending on the wind direction) every few minutes around the clock making sleep quite difficult at times. The hotel didnt serve any alcohol at all.
