Lovely hotel”
Lovely place! The location was great, just off the beach. Although the area has been hit by covid there is still stuff to do around the area if you come to see Haad Rin beach(full moon party beach). Great location. Have their own restaurant, although didn't have vegetarian/vegan options apart from a few sides so had to go elsewhere. Nice swimming pool just off the beach. Great hotel, can hear some faint music at night in your room, but expected for this area, not bad.

The location of this resort is amazing! Just right in front of the beach. Best cocktails in the area! The room was made of wood. It gave the look quite traditional Thai but comfortable enough for our stay.

Great place to stay in the hear of Haad Rin”
Althought the room was pretty basic to look at it was comfortabel and clean. It's in a great location on the beach; walking distance to everything. The swimming pool is nice, friendly staff and cheap drinks at the bar!

Stayed here for 1 night for the full moon, does the job, right on the beach. Pool is nice. Wouldn’t spend more than one night in haad rin though, it’s dying.

The staff were really good. We booked on Agoda and the staff immediately said the price we paid on Agoda was MUCH higher than their price on their website and the room was not worth it. They put us in a better room to compensate but still was too expensive. Next time I’ll use booking.

Great location directly on the beach, superior rooms are a little dated and could do with updating ad could the exterior of the hotel. Deluxe rooms looked far more modern. Swimming pool was nice, could do with sun loungers on the beach for hotel guests to use. All in all great value for money and perfect of attending the full moon party

The Pool is so dirty. they didn't clean it for weeks. Also we book the room 1 month in advance so they should have expect to have guest. But when we arrive, the room and bathroom is so dirty.

In all fairness the island was deserted and this being one of the spots where most tourists go to I could not expect life on the this side of the island. My problem was not that it didn't have guests in the hotel but rather there was no staff too. Didn't feel safe to stay there in the night since my balcony door was not locking and I was the only guest in the whole place.

Would absolutely not stay there unless you want the convenience of being able to use a hotel bathroom and not drive for 40 minutes to and from Haad Rin beach for the full moon party. The beds are terrible, and the price is outrageous for what it is.

False advertising, avoid this place. ”
Beware, blatant false advertising - the ‘garden view’ room isn’t a view of a garden at all. It’s a view of an ugly metallic roof. Staff at reception didn’t seem too bothered when we raised this example of false advertising. In fact the guy on reception in general seemed uninterested in any greetings I would give during our stay. Not great customer service. Hotel feels very tired, pool not in a decent condition. Only good thing was their bar on the beach with good prices, at least the staff there were friendly. Avoid.

Terrible hotel during COVID 19”
We booked through the we travel together program but the reception knew nothing about it so we couldn’t get any of the benefits. The hotel made no effort - pool wasn’t cleaned, room wasn’t cleaned. Everything old and broken. Water came in through the ceiling when it rained but there was no one in reception in the evening and they made no attempt to fix.. One of the worst hotel experiences in Thailand. We booked 3 nights and left after 2. You shouldn’t use this hotel.
