Swissotel Staycation ”
I loved our stay because my daughter enjoyed. She loved and enjoy the bath tub. My husband enjoy the rain shower as well. I loved the stay because it is accessible to the mall. I hope there is a laundry bag next time :) Special mention to Gerilyn (staff) who assisted us from the time we check in-during our stay till we leave the place. And the kabayan guy “who asked us if we need to clean our room or do we need anything”. Good job to all kabayan staff. Thank you and hope to see you again swiss hotel.

One of the most important thing that people remember in a hotel is its great service. Some hotel might have the best facilities but if service to clients is poor it wouldn't be that superb. Swissotel staff knows how to handle their guests professionally especially Damien at the front desk during our check in. He catered to our special requests well. Swissotel has big rooms and clean. Location is excellent which is near the metro and connected to al ghurair mall. Sanjit has been very nice to help us out with our luggage and even asked us to stay in the hotel waiting area due to the hot weather while he hails for a taxi. We are very impressed of Swissotel service the most. They also have a nice wide swimming pool. Only a few cons are the small size sauna and steam room compared to the hotel size and dull bedroom decoration which is just mostly beige. These cons though are just very little things compared to the best things that the hotel offers.

I used hotel apps to make booking for my friends, mostly to Dubai but this he was very much excited and shared everything about his stay in the hotel. Everything was super.. The reception Mr Hitesh .. The concierge Mr Patrick The Room service staff.. The cashier. Mr.Damien I am so happy until Mr Syed the valet/concierge guy insist i should take a taxi despite i ask for Limousine.. But i really recommend this hotel for family....The toilet is super big..and the have ala carte pilliow...Thanks for the good hospitality.

Hotel is in a good location, close by to the metro, easy to get taxi, the mall is next to the hotel, all kinds of resturants in walking distance. Overall very good hotel, one problem i had was since the lobby was on the 4th floor, we have to always take two elevators which sometimes becomes annoying specially when returning after a long day..

we got upgrade to suite room despite we booked normal standard room. Receptionist was so kind because we told her that we were so tired after 14 hours flight so she said I will upgrade you to suite room then :) The room was huge and the view was stunning. I can't ask for more. We can see both sides of Dubai ;city and the ocean. Hotel is located in the mall and closes to Gold Souk and Spice Souk. I highly recommend you to stay here.

Nice Hotel and good breakfast only 1 thing this Hotel must improved they must keep some parking for the hotel guests because we have a car but sometimeswhen we came at the hotel dont have parking near the hotel entrance we must park fa from the hotel entrance because the parking is for mall also
