This complaints & problems are listed below:- 1 Problems with slow interne in the evenings when we stayed in. 2 Photos on websites are nothing like actual resort. 3 Staff at bar were not helpful & for 3 days would not provide sun loungers cushions until we complained they we very uncomfortable. 4 The sun loungers were old & some broken. 5 The sun loungers cushions were dirty & marked. We had to collect them every day ourselves & carry them everyday to beach & the pool. 6 Bed linen had holes in it. 7 Towels had frayed edges. 8 We couldn’t swim in the sea directly in front of the resort as it had a red flag ever day, but all other resort areas could & had lifeguard. 9 The shower area the path had all broken concert slabs. We booked this resort as the photos looked amazing & location fantastic. The location is fantastic, but the resort is looking very tired & old & in need of upgrading. If the photos we are providing were on the website we would never have booked. I therefore feel it is only correct in requesting compensation based on all the information I have provided. The figure I am looking for is £100. I feel this will go a long way to correcting all the above.
Nice spot on the beach. Comfortable beds. No fridge in the room but there is a fridge in the main lobby. The staff are quick to help and friendly. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. There was a wedding on the property during my stay. I would stay again
Our family didn't plan to go to Da Nang, but due to an unexpected situation, the hotel selection was very rushed. After browsing on Agoda, all the rooms seemed quite similar. I suddenly saw Temple, which has a spacious area right next to the sandy beach, so I booked it immediately. When I arrived, I was very disappointed with the hotel area because the trees were withered, and it looked very desolate. Stepping into the reception lobby, I noticed the decorations were poorly done: straw and lanterns around the lobby looked very unprofessional. I thought someone would clean it up immediately, but no, it was more than a day later before someone dealt with that mess. When I entered my room, I smelled a somewhat musty odor, which was uncomfortable. In my room, the curtain was ripped at one corner right in the direction of the pillow, causing light to shine into my eyes. The only acceptable thing here is that the area behind the accommodation is very spacious, with a nice lawn and beautiful palm trees. I feel that the hotel owner doesn't really care to invest in the hotel. During my stay, it rained, but the entrance to the lobby didn't have a mat. When I came back with my purchases, I slipped as soon as I stepped inside and fell hard on my butt. The hotel has a beautiful location, but if the owner cared more and invested a little more, it would be great. I just don’t see any close oversight or management. Everything is so ordinary it's a waste of resources.
I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to the beach – this is the biggest plus. However, the infrastructure has deteriorated, the room is a bit old, the furnishings are no longer new and show signs of wear over time. One point I am not satisfied with is the inflexibility of the early check-in and late check-out policies for Vietnamese guests, while it seems that international guests receive more privileges. Nevertheless, I still appreciate the support within the limits from the staff. The hotel is suitable if you need a temporary place to rest, close to the beach, but you should think twice if you expect higher quality or more flexible service.

“extremely bad location, does not meet basic accommodation needs”
My family and I had an extremely terrible experience here; this resort has no refund cancellation policy because as soon as you step through the gate, you will realize that you have been deceived and will cancel your reservation immediately. Firstly, the area outside the hotel and the resort grounds are very desolate, with trees barely maintained, overgrown bushes, and standing water, creating conditions for harmful insects, especially mosquitoes to thrive. Walking around the resort and the hotel corridors, I could easily see mosquitoes with the naked eye, and I was bitten. I am very concerned for the health of myself and my family while staying here. Secondly, the room is almost like a half basement rather than having a garden view, as the Agoda app information suggests. After unsuccessfully requesting a room cancellation and refund, I checked into the room at the suggestion of Agoda and the hotel. The entrance leads down a staircase to a corridor that is lower than ground level; I believe this is a basement room, not a ground floor room, and the garden view is blocked by an old, damp wall, as shown in the attached images and video. Thirdly, the cleanliness of the room is not satisfactory. The condition of the room has not been cleaned well: towels hanging on the rack have stains, cleaning rags thrown on the toilet seat, someone else's hair on the pillow, and a dental hygiene tool left on the shelf, as shown in the attached images. Fourthly, the facilities are rusty, damp, and do not ensure basic health conditions for guests. Many old devices are stained and rusted, for example: the lock on the bedroom door, the bedside lamp is heavily rusted, and the chairs in the garden corridor are dirty and cracked, as shown in the attached images. The walls are damp, with many stains of water damage, some areas have peeled off, and the corner of the bedroom wall is covered with moss, indicating it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time, as shown in the images. I am very concerned because there is a family member with severe asthma; I requested to change or upgrade to a better room, even if it meant an extra fee with the hotel, but I was still denied due to fully booked excuses. The above points are just the initial observations I can see with the naked eye and feel when checking into the room, and it remains unclear what other issues there might be if we continue to stay. After all, my family and I had to find another hotel less than 30 minutes after checking in because we could not stay in such a damp and mosquito-infested room, and the hotel has not refunded me despite my check-out being due to their failure to provide basic services and conditions. Agoda agrees with all my feedback as reasonable but only offers a friendly support amount of $12, which is less than 10% of my losses. Everyone should stay away from Temple Da Nang if you want your trip not to turn into a nightmare.
