Great central Prague location, not too expensive, fantastic and helpful staff, good variety of food at the restaurant at reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Cons: lack of fitness/gym/sauna/swimming pool facilities. Bar closes at 12

Loistava sijainti. Aamupalapöydässä runsaasti erilaista tarjottavaa. Henkilökunnan kiinnostuksessa asiakkaan tarpeisiin välillä toivomisen varaa.Lähtö aamuna klo.10 tuli kolme häiriötä,ensin koputettiin ja sitten heti AVAIMILLA sisään. Ensimmäinen oli siivooja,seuraava minibaarin tarkastaja ja viimeisenä kaksi miestä tavaroiden kanssa???olivatko jo seuraavat huoneen "asukkaat"?? Yleisarvio hotellista kuitenkin myönteinen.

Air-conditioning need improved”
It was our last trip in Prague. Perhaps the hotel is old style. First we when we check in, there was no any air-conditioning provided. The hotel provided us only an fan. Then we requested room changed and hotel changed for us. But the air-conditioning is not enough. My wife got sick at last. The hotel is graded with five star. But no cups provided and the tea bag was not provided in the room. The facility of bath room which is great.

forgot my money and it's gone”
i left my money under the pillow and forgot about it after the check out. 20 minutes after i was back in the room it was clean and no one ever say my money. I know it's my responsibility to use the safe and yet i expect a bit more form the stuff in such hotel

Rubbish customer services”
It was worst and nightmare customer service, It was peaking hot summer, they allocated us with 2 bedroom apartment suite,in one room they gave a portable cooler( which is what they meant as air conditioner) and the other room no air bond and no fan, We were breathless and we were asking for the different room, the receptionist was rude with lack of English speaking knowledge and arguing that they are full and no rooms and at last allocated a twin bed room and double bed where in double bed room no air conditioned and no fan. 5 of us slept in the twin bed room with a portable cooler. None of their central air conditioners are working and misguiding their customers in their description. In the morning, I was talking to the manager and since they are fully booked, the only option they can do was giving me a desk office fan whick looks rubbish ( when it is nearly 32’c outside ) and the room was stuffy. When I asked for my refund, the expect me to pay £50 for the rubbish room.

Too many tour group with only a small elevator. Breakfast is not as good as a 5 star hotel should be.

We did not stay in this hotel as apparently so called our room was leaking water. The hotel switch us to another hotel which only provided the most basic facility. I am paying a price of 4 star hotel for a 3 star basic. Disappointing.

Worst hotel in best location ever. Stuff is totally unfriendly, rooms and furniture are too old and not clean.

Firstly the man on the bar very rude indeed, the room was freezing and I wanted hot water to warm me up, firstly he said No until I was nearly crying, no kettle or coffee in room, said fire hazard, Rooms like your great grandma would have, mattress like a cheap brick, thin beading doubled up to make warmer. Breakfast shocking, meat old, I would only touch the yogurt like many. Location central. It is not grand or 5 star in anyway, I travel extensively and was shocked on rude staff and poor surroundings, it's a miserable place to stay, not one happy face. Never again

On the top of mountain”
After 11 hours of driving it was terrible to climbe to top of the mountain for 30min up. I would not say it is resort something with very poor breakfast.
