Great hotel in the heart of Granada”
The location is definitely the best aspect about this hotel. Everything you could want to see in Granada is within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, plus the place was immaculately clean. We also had a nice balcony overlooking the street.

I went with my sister. It was a bit difficult to find a place to check in, but I can easily feel it. I went to a comfortable place.

Everything was fine except for the shower room which is very small and can overflow at times, and the faucet inside the bedroom which we find a little weird. bed was comfortable and cleanliness was great.

The location is very good, but it's noisy from both the corridor as from the street. Guests who cleary arrived late, I know this because I clearly heard the hostess explaining some things about their room, made their best effort to make as much noise as possible and succeeded to wake me while I went in early beacause I was very tired. The second night I was kept awake by street noises, some guy whith a huge drill was busy drilling a big hole in a buildig accros the street.

Great location but very small room”
The hotel is located just around the base to Alhambra and many restaurants nearby. However, the room is very small. The shower area is just right beside the bed with a swing glass door and water tend to splash out and it was very cramped even for my small size.

Location, staff and value for money is exceptional for this place. However the shower is designed poorly as it lacks privacy and water easily leaks out into the rest of the room.

No Better Location”
You're right down the hill from the Alhambra and in the fabulous Plaza Nueva. You need not venture far to find anything and it sits at Stop 3 of the "Hop-On/Hop-Off" Trolley!

We stayed 2 nights in November and we only have good things to say about the accommodation. Basic. clean, well located.

Good location & friendly staff”
It’s right in the middle of city center. Staff was friendly and helpful! Was given a family room instead and had more space. However the bathing area is limited and the glass door was translucent with no lock and able to see thru clearly. Overall, for just couple, it’s good enough for 1-2 nights! 👍🏻

Great location, but no amenities”
Great location. Room was tiny, 3 of us staying very packed. No amenities, even though there were 3 people staying, they only provide 1glass, we asked for 2 more, but receptionist said only 1 glass per room. No shampoo

30min on foot to Alhambra; the bus tour stop is in front of the hotel. Average cleanliness. Hair on the floor. The shower partition is open at the top. The steam flow into bedroom.

We had an amazing stay here. The location was great, the staff was great, nothing to complain. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want to travel too far to get around the best parts of the city.

Althought you have to get the key on other hotel front desk while receptionist only available up to 08.00pm, but its still walking distance to tourist area in Granada. Will recommend to friend who will travel to Granada as really good location. In front of the hotel also one of City Tour bus stop which another plus.

Room is a bit small. Bed not that comfortable. Location is great. Staff were amazing 😉.
