เรามาถึงที่บูดาเปสท์ประมาณ 23.00 น. ซึ่งพอมาถึงโรงแรมจะเห็นป้ายโรงแรมติดอยู่บนร้านขายเสื้อผ้าซึ่งปิดไปแล้ว ทำให้เราไม่ทราบว่าจะเข้าตัวโรงแรมได้อย่างไร หลังจากลองหาทางเข้าซักพักเราก็ยอมแพ้และโทรไปถาม reception ของโรงแรม จึงพบว่าทางเข้าโรงแรมเป็นประตูเก่าๆอยู่ด้านข้างของร้านเสื้อผ้า โดยจะมีออดให้กดหมายเลขเพื่อคุยกับ reception ของโรงแรม เพื่อให้เปิดล็อคประตูให้ เมื่อเดินผ่านเข้าประตูมา บรรยากาศจะเงียบๆวังเวง เก่าๆ หลอนๆ โดยจะมีลิฟต์เก่าๆเพื่อขึ้นไปยังชั้น 3 ของอาคารซึ่งเป็นที่ตั้งโรงแรม แต่เมื่อผ่านเข้าประตูโรงแรมเข้าไปจะพบว่าตัวโรงแรมสภาพดีมาก พนักงานยิ้มแย้มและให้บริการอย่างดี รวมถึงให้ความช่วยเหลือด้วยความเต็มใจเมื่อเข้าไปสอบถามเรื่องต่างๆ ห้องพักจัดแต่งอย่างสวยงามและสะอาด ถึงจะขนาดไม่ใหญ่นัก แต่ก็พักได้อย่างสบาย ที่โรงแรมนี้ไม่มีห้องอาหาร แต่ทางโรงแรมได้ดีลกับร้านอาหาร bali cafe ใกล้ๆไว้ โดยหากต้องการอาหารเช้า สามารถซื้อ voucher จากทางโรงแรมเพื่อไปทานที่ร้านได้ และยังสามารถขอบัตรส่วนลดจากทางโรงแรมเพื่อไปทานอาหารมื้ออื่นๆได้อีกด้วย

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน..ดูข้างนอกอาจจะไม่ชอบใจแต่พอขึ้นไปชั้น ๓ ยอดมาก โรงแรมสะอาด เจ้าหน้าที่ต้อนรับดีมาก...ให้คำแนะนำข้อมูลแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเป็นอย่างดี...น่าพัก ราคาถูกมากพักได้ถึง ๓ คนคนละไม่เกิน ๒๐ เหรียญ

Very central and good value for money. ”
The location was perfect, very central and everything you need is right at your door step. We came from Prague Florenc bus station and took the Flexi bus to Kelenfold Budapest station -which was a 7 hour trip .THEN took the 49 tram ( we bought the tickets including our 100E bus to the airport and the 49 tram immediately to avoid the hassle later , the 48 tram platform is in an awkward position which is to the left of the metro station passing by the taxi rank to the back.) the 49 tram will bring you straight to Astoria metro station and the hotel reception building was 1 minute walk to the right across the street. Hotel is in a very busy street and there’s noise from the traffic but it did not really bother me. Checking in and out was very easy. NO Need to go back to the reception to check out which is very handy especially with our early flight, you just have to pay your city tax 2.50 euro for 2 nights for 2 people as you check in. Receptionist was very nice and spoke very good English who gave us clear Instructions on how to access the hotel room. Lift in the 2 buildings were of big help. We were in the building right across the street from the reception building and no hassle finding it. . Area is very safe a lot of people were walking late at night on their own. HOHO right outside the building of the property - we used the red bus which was excellent service on that day and I even got a discount since I booked the tickets in one of the agents there standing on the streets - be sure to ask for a discount if you like, and I thought the HOHO was very necessary since the tourist areas were far from each other and they are very beautiful to see. Online booking is better but we need to have it printed so I just went to the agents on the road which were very friendly! There’s lot of restaurants and bars around and very inexpensive. We only use our debit cards to purchase anything and only had exchanged euro to HForint in the Great Hall market thinking that they won

Amazing location”
Lovely small family hotel. We had room with whirlpool and it was perfect after long days walking in the city. Room was ok size with microwave and fridge. It is a bit hard to find the hotel because there are just small signs above the front door so keep your eyes open! Rooms are located to the 3th floor and there are lots and lots of stairs. They have elevator but it is old and looks like it is going to break at any time (we still used it but just a small warning if you are scared of old elevators). There is coffee shop downstairs and grocery store few hundred meters from the hotel. The hotel is 500m from the airport shuttle buss stop so it is perfect. Also very near to the central. Great place to stay!

Really went above my expectations ”
I really loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The price was low, the rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed and I loved the feeling I was in my own apartment- it was very homely. The extras: a bottle of wine/ water/ biscuits/ coffee etc were very convenient and the location was great. I also had a balcony, which I hadn’t expected. Excellent value. I hope to be back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Budapest Panorama Hotel. I would recommend it 100% hands down. And would definitely stay there again if I were to re-visit Budapest. Great location, close to many sites and lots of public transport options (even the airport bus). Very clean and the staff are really nice and helpful. Had a complimentary bottle of wine welcoming me, which is a lovely touch. Comfortable bed and lovely shower en-suite too. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an 18thC building so it shares an elevator with the rest of the building's tenants. This is a little rickety-rackety as, I was told, it's the original one. But it does it's job, it's part of the charm and experience and it kinda grows on you :-). My tiny suggestion would be (and this is by no means a criticism but a mere suggestion) that it would be lovely if the room had a little kettle and a little fridge to be able to make a hot cup of something and keep things (like the wine and milk) cool. Other than that - perfect! Thank you.

This ended up being a solo trip for me and it really helped that this hotel was in a great location and very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helped with all concerns related to transportation. I also found the room to be very clean and comforting.

Budapest panorama hotel is located just in the heart of the city, Everything is very close, and there are some steps away many cafe, restaurant and shops Also museums ,New York cafe, and many other high lights of the city The room is comfortable,clean and the staff very friendly I ll be back for sure

One of my Best Recommended Hotel”
While traveling to Europe, been to different hotels. Though the reception and the room is a crossroad away. This is one of the best so far. Friendly staff, accompanied me going to my room. The room is big, comfortable, nice street view from the window. Got a free wine, coffee and tea. The heater and aircon had a great job. Just one thing, the TV and remote is not working but I didn't bother to check it as I was busy exploring. The location is easy to access and with lots of restaurants nearby. Will definitely book this again. Highly recommended. Thank you Panorama Central for a comfortable stay

Convenient n friendly staff”
The location is very good. Very close to Metro. There is a stop running from/ to airport. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We need a adapter for charger. The front desk, Daniel, even lend us his for few days. The room is clean and comfortable. The only negative is the entrance of the hotel which is located on 3rd floor. The lift is quite old. Good thing is our room located on the opposite building which is a little bit new. Definitely recommend this hotel!

We had an excellent stay, the room was clean, warm and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. A lovely touch was the delicious bottle of hungarian wine in the room to welcome us. The staff were all friendly and helped us find a supermarket and the bus stop for the airport. The location was central right next to the grand synagogue and easy walking distance to all the main sights. Thank you very much!

Rooms were nice and good value. Shower temperature is slightly inconsistent sometimes but not too much of trouble. The staff are very nice and all spoke English. Many good restaurants next to the place and close to public transit option. There is free water and candies in the lobby but sometimes we see students resting there and it is ambiguous as to how much they've had to drink. They all spoke English and were worried about where one of there friends were was on two occasions. I guess it's just a one-off. Anyways its a great hotel and would definitely recommend to other people. Also they give you free wine. First time I've ever witnessed that.

Dont go before 2.00pm very strict on the time. Had no issues checking in and ordered a taxi to airport for next day. €33 4 people plus bags. Pay up front. The rooms are spaces, no fridge. No complaints from us.

Nice Hotel ”
This hotel has a super location, nearby the best quarter of the city. And you walk for everywhere from there. The hotel was well cleaned and the staff were friendly. However a lot of noise during the night, if you are like me that can’t sleep with someone speaking or doing party do not go to this hotel. One of the nights we didn’t sleep until 4 am as the guests were at the entrance speaking, drinking, singing . We were on the rooms in front of the main building and there is no reception or any control from the staff during the night so the guest does what they want. I liked the location, price and staff but not a good place to spend a good night ;)
