Great stay, minor hiccups”
Overall, I quite enjoyed my stay, booked a room in a quiet floor, cleanness was top notch, and staff was very professional, room service food was excellent. The downsides in my experience were somewhat minor, but the in-dining menu was a pdf file on google drive, it kept showing that I don’t have access to it and was only able to open the file after multiple tries, I’d have much preferred a hard-copy menu or better yet, an online ordering service (similar to cinema VIP ordering) so I don’t have to wait for staff to pick up my call, also, the minibar was empty, for a 5-star hotel, I kind of expected to see a full mini bar, and even though they do have a mini bar package to order from the menu, no one picked up my call when I wanted to order, after that, I decided to just buy some snacks myself when I go out.

We celebrated Eid earlier before the holiday started and it was our first time to stay in Dusit Thani and it was absolutely amazing! The pool was clean and we were only few people at that time so we really enjoyed it. The room was great - spacious and clean. The tub in the toilet was pretty cool, you can watch telly while soaking in the tub, however, the speaker was not working but it was okay as it gave us time to talk more and enjoy the hot tub! Food! Food was great as well and so with the service. Special thanks to Kuya Warren who was very accommodating and served us really well, assisting us with our needs and knows exactly what the hotel is providing so for those who will be travelling and staying here, look for him. :) I will certainly recommend this place if you happen to visit Abu Dhabi. It will surely worth your stay.

_Extremely Disappointing Service Experience with Biblob at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi”
I recently had the displeasure of encountering an individual named Biblob during my stay at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, and unfortunately, his behavior marred an otherwise pleasant experience. During breakfast on the second day of my stay, I made a simple request for an omelette. While other guests were promptly served at their tables, Biblob, the staff member attending to my request, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and hospitality. After waiting patiently for 10 minutes, he returned with an utterly disrespectful remark, stating, "this is not part of my service, if you want the eggs, go and take it by yourself," all in front of my family members. Such treatment is not only unacceptable but also completely at odds with the high standards of service I had come to expect from Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi. Hospitality is about more than just providing amenities; it's about making guests feel welcome and valued. Biblob's behavior not only tarnished my impression of the hotel but also left a lasting negative impact on my overall experience. I urge the management of Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi to address this issue promptly and ensure that individuals like Biblob, who clearly lack the essential qualities of hospitality and customer service, are not representing their establishment. Guests should feel comfortable and respected throughout their stay, and encounters like mine with Biblob only serve to undermine the reputation of an otherwise excellent hotel. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi to others until measures are taken to rectify such instances of poor service. Hospitality should be synonymous with warmth, courtesy, and attentiveness, qualities that were sorely lacking in my interaction with Biblob.
