Amazing staff: The staff are exceptionally welcoming, from the front door greeting, service desk to restaurant service. The staff are understanding, friendly and kind towards young children. We traveled with 3 kids aged 12, 9 and 3 years old. Activities: The hotel has 3 complementary family friendly activities each day of the week eg. Cupcake decorating, movie, balloon sculpting, origami, etc. The bar lounge has board games, TV corner for kids with colouring table, foosball. Yet the ambience is comfortable and quiet for adults to relax. There is an ice cream corner, and each day at a certain time there is a drinks corner offering specialty drinks such as coconut vanilla shake. In summary, the hotel offers a good variety of activities to keep families entertained. The buffet breakfast has a good variety of foods, please take this up :) Could improve by having the playground floor mat changed, as well as the bean bags by kids TV cleaned better, as well as placing aircon in the lifts and hallways, and could provide crayons rather than markers that dry out for kids colouring. Otherwise the hotel is kept clean, has all you need including hair dryer, and we enjoyed the space (we had interconnecting rooms). Location: convenient, nearby amenities like supermarket, small mall, street shops: cafes, bakeries, baking shops, sport shop. We easily booked grab taxis to the main attractions. Overall our family had a great stay, and will recommend to others!

The staff were absolutely kind and service orientated. From greeting at the door, to front desk service, bar and restaurant service. All the staff are friendly and happy with young children, and they have a bar with board games, kids TV, colouring table, foosball. Yet the ambience is relaxing for adults. Do take up the buffet breakfast, it serves a good range of foods all well prepared. There are 3 complementary family friendly activities each day organised by the hotel: eg, cupcake decorating, origami, movie, balloon sculpting. The playground floor mat, and bean bags at the TV area could be more clean or changed. Apart from that, everything else is clean, the hotel is conveniently placed nearby amenities like supermarket, mall, street shopping: baking shop, sports shop, cafes. We easily hired grab taxis that took us to nearby attractions: firefly park, mini zoo, fruit farm. Our family enjoyed our stay entirely and will recommend this hotel to our friends and wider family. We had 3 kids at the time: 12yrs, 9 yrs, and 3 yrs.
